I believe its just a simply apk hack.. if i had a computer i would try and remove it
I use Clean Master to clean my cache and now I constantly get this error message whenever I try and access my photos under Gallery. How can I fix this?

Its stock. This started happening once I started to use Clean Master.

Well its a known issue thats caused by wiping data/cache of the gallery app. The fix is usually a simple reboot.
Is clean master running in the background and constantly wiping the cache or something?

It works when I reboot, but I'm wondering if I use a different cache app. I use the app 2-3 times daily.

Just make sure that Gallery isnt running when you wipe the cache. (swipe it out of recent apps)

Edit this folder snd_soc_msm_taiko. To get there go to device>system>etc>snd_soc_msm_taiko edit this line. ...remember you need a root browser to do this I use es file manager and you need change your permissions to rw

i tried that mod to boost volume, but i think it's only for stock roms.

I'm sorry I realized it didn't work either you have to edited the mixer_paths.xml under device>etc folder do the exact same thing scroll down till you see speaker (it's kinda tough to find but you'll see it) and edited the volumes

Because it's a whole different rom, and yes that's all you need to edit trust me you'll notice a difference

hmmm tried 75 and 90, still no difference.
just edited the mixer_paths and not the snd_soc_msm_taiko as you said.

the rom is one of the latest CM11 oficial nightlys. My model is the D802 international version 16gb

yep, after reboot it working fine. but sometime it happen again. I already try turn off smart screen and it still happen. i don't know this is bug or my hardware problem. I'm using stock rom d80210e btw.
