i have a dash3g and installed 3volution 6.5
everything works fine.. except sms
when i try to send a sms i get
"the following errors occurred while sending and receiving messages sms your text message cannot be sent"
i need help.. please

Call your network carrier telco Helpdesk. They should be able to "push" the sms settings to your phone. After that, your phone should be ok.

hi guys.....many thanks for the good work..and the craic......maybe someone can help me..after updating using Jeff,s rom, ser1.2, my sms service wont work. messages i write just go to the outbox and stay there.

Hi, I'm new to X1 and flashed Touch-IT Xperience v2.2 just recently.
Today I'm trying to send a message to a friend but after I click send, it pops up an error box saying "Cannot recognize one or more recipients or the address is not valid. Would you like to send the message anyways?"
After testing with my friend, the message was received but the error does annoying every time I send messages.
Anyone knows why? and any solutions to this problem?
I'm in Canada and using Fido network.

Hi, i flashed Laurentius Ultimate Power ROM and my HD2 is not sending sms now. If i write some sms and send it, sms is in outbox folder, but never will be sent. If i choose "retry send" options on unsent message, nothing happen. Message stay in outbox folder. I tryied restart phone, but i cant still send sms. I am not sure, that HR will help me. In sms settings i have "Delivery" set on "immediate". Have you some advice to me, where can be problem?

Two options: Search for the same topic inside the forum (there are quite a few threads about this), or ask in the L26 ROM thread, maybe others have the same issue, too.
Get the latest sms function update from htc website.

are you using a 3volution rom, you might need to install the sms patch cab found
