Witch is the difference between the first one and the second? i see that on the second is deodex (what is that?)
Can i install the ROM with the ClockworkRecovery-install ROM from sdcard? or do i have to make it with the computer and in that emergency mode like i did for the V20A?

Files .kdz can install in KDZ, but if you want install in recovery, you must have file .zip.
Deodexed ROM don't have odex files. You can modify the look of your phone etc.
Odexed ROM is better because have more space data partition and first boot is faster.

I recently recived an update from the Software Update. The Software version was V20d-MAY or something like this. I normally downloaded the update and befor install, it had to restart the phone. Then it came the normal LG logo and then it came this: what should i do? (i was using the V20A with root, by Homero)

What you are seeing is ClockWorkMod bootloader.... it only installs with modified KDZs or if you installed it directly (must have come with Homero's V20A.....
If you want V20D, it's better to reflash the new v20D KDZ (there are ones with root and Clockworkmod and without it)... look for the files in the P700 development thread.

In my case it is about 90mb left WITH Facebook/Whatsapp services... pretty good since V20B left me with 30-40mb with those services loaded.

If you are in cwm, wipe data, cache and davlik. Then restart system, I assumed you already done flashing. If not, enter emergency mode following the instruction above your post.

No, root isn't required just flash the ROM zip via cwm recovery.

because q700 has emulated storage which cause problem in mounting storage in ported roms, that's not the case with q700i firmware, that's why i am porting roms on base of Q700i.

I've tried themes but that didn't help.. I can use apex to offset the icon problem but it still appears in the notification bar that way. Also, I'm trying to use GoLauncher EX as it suits MIUI/Lewa better than others. Just my opinion though.

[TIP] How to deodex 681 ROM [LB]

Hi guys...
Wanna deodex your firmware even you have device with locked bootloader
I was trying to deodex my KK ROM but couldn't becouse we have problems with mounting system in recovery...
I tried absolutely everything I could remember but..without any luck.
Then I remembered one cool trick...
So what I did...and you should
Read careful :
1. Flash firmware .534 (yes..again) with flashtool
2. Root and flash recovery
3. Flash 681 firmware by NUT prerooted - through recovery NUT flashable ROM
DON'T RESTART OR POWER OFF DEVICE - HIT BUTTON "HOME"
4. Flash Krab deodex patch DEODEX patch
- You can flash what ever MOD/FONTs/any flashable ZIP you have...
Flash it now - you won't be able to able to flash it later...
5. Power device off
6. Flash stripped kernel .... STRIPPED ftf
....and enjoy your deodexed rooted KitKat

This is just tip, just one thread to remember all of you - don't restart, flash deodexed patch and then restart...

It has nothing with mounting problem.

You can mount system with adb shell and try to backup.
That's the way - for now....
Flash, deodex and watch what are you doing until we get fully working recovery

[TWRP 2.5.0] [Lava Iris 504q]

Hey Guys here's TWRP for Lava iris 504q with full touch and advanced features
Requirements:
1- Rooted Lava iris 504q
2- Mobile uncle mtk tools app
(If flashing via mobile)
3- Recovery.img file (TWRP)
4- Sp tools and drivers
(If flashing via pc)
>Steps to flash by mobile itself:
1- Download mobile uncle mtk tools app from play store and TWRP from the link below
2- Keep the recovery.img file in the root of your sd card (Direct in sd card not in any folder)
3- Open the mobile uncle tools
app grant super user permission and click on recovery update
4- Select recovery.img file
It'll flash and ask to reboot in recovery mode
5- Reboot in recovery and check

> Steps to flash via pc using SP flash tools
1- Download the tools and drivers from below link
2- Extract and Install drivers.
3- Make one folder and put recovery.img and scatter file in it.
4- Extract and run the Sp flash tools
5- Select scatter loading and give the path of the folder in which u have placed both scatter file and recovery.img
6- Now u will see below check box of recovery is ticked
7- Click on download and connect your phone to pc via usb cable without battery.
8- After flashing completes you will see green circle. Now Disconnect your phone and insert battery.
Now you can reboot to recovery by simultaneously pressing volume up and power key.
Enjoy Full touch TWRP
Note: Backup done with cwm will not be restored via TWRP

Same thing happend to me, tried to make a log but an ADB said that it is waiting for device but the device wasn't found because it was stuck in that white (I see a blue ) screen. Simply, the screen before bootloader.

I have flashed androidarmv6 kernel and actually it's booting ^^

So, it booted...but systemui is Force closing....when I locked a screen and then i tried to unlock it the system was not responding only buttons shone...I will send a log ASAP

Nice...I hope that one day you will make this rom fully working. I see that I won't send you a log. There is a trouble between a phone and laptop but I will need to find where. First, I restore my backup to see if it was an error in rom or in drivers or wherever. But few weeks ago I did a log for you at other rom so let's see if it will be working at CM11.
Well, error was in your rom somewhere...I had USB debugging on even in your rom but phone didn't connect to laptop.

Any progress with ROM ?

Pekné vidieť niekoho zo Slovenska po Slovensky ale nie nie si...Nice to see someone from Slovakia and with Slovak language but no you're not alone....It boots but Systemui is force closing...I would not recommend it for now...Developer is working hard on developing so let's wait for final result.
