My SGS4 was just one month old, then suddenly, my Wifi and bluetooth stops working. It was greyed out and keeps on turning on and off but doesnt connect. I am on stock rom, not rooted. My phone was never dropped nor been wet.
Can anyone help to advise what to do? Is this a firmware issue? i am on DXUBMF8.

Try factory resetting the phone i think thats the only way to get it fixed, also theres a bluetooth fix on the play store see whether that works. Hope that helps

I did tried factory reset but still nothing happens. Wifi and bluetooth just dont work just the way they are.
Try flshing another rom? Contact customer service?

i am using Samsung galaxy grand 2.. my mobile is restarting for every one hour after update my phone from 4.3 to 4.4.2 MH3 and NH6 . i don know, how to solve this problem..

Reflash the firmware ....download it from sammobile.com

I factory reset several and re flash firware but no luck . If i back to 4.3 any hope to solve this problem ? and with box can downgrade from 4.4.2 to 4.3 ?

No downgrading will hard brick
if you have started developers option in the settings genral tab try switching off the developers options settings ...I to had such problem with my device but when I switched off the developers options in the settings tab everything was back to normal ,,,,

Hi friend do flash with stock firmware and after that format ur phone and do wipe cache partion by going in recovery mode. Try to have some memory free in sd card as well in phone memory.

guys, already did things above but it seems my phone keeps on restarting...but when usb charging i normally use it...pls help if anyone knows a solution..(not buying a new phone)
I had bought a lenovo A3500 Tablet it was working good,But now It can't boot up.
It stucks at "Lenovo for those who do" Logo.
I made a hard reset for it but it cant boot up too.

Ok I fixed it I gave it to the company and they downloaded a new software for it.
The status of the tablet was good until I turned it off and charged it,I tried all the fixes but no one fixed it and the tablet couldn't get to the Hardreset mode.

I was able to restore using other information from this site.
I still don't have a way to fix wifi hotspot though.

Further reading has led me to the conclusion that this possibly could have worked had I just let it run for 15 minutes instead of freaking out and trying to fix it. As my name implies, I am an idiot!

I have j727p unlocked and a use him in Poland(Europe). My operator sim PLAY he have network coverage
only in City but out of town use T-mobile roaming and then i no have internet connection. Data mobile is ON.

It may be because of the screen protector I'm not sure but when I took mines off it worked perfectly

That message pops up as soon as I click to try to register my fingerprint, it doesn't even let me try to add it.

What version are you restoring it to? Have you tried different versions? It sounds like it could be a hardware failure honestly

I've tried on 10.0.16 and 10.0.19 they are the only ones available 10.0.13 doesn't have any links to download it.

Hmm... I still think it sounds like it could be a hardware failure... I'd look at doing a warranty exchange through OnePlus

I'm getting the same thing after coming back to stock from Omni rom. It was a known issue that there was supposedly a fix for by flashing a persist.img but it hasn't worked for me. I've tried everything and just ended up turning on face unlock.

I was not on a custom rom. I was rooted on the newest stock firmware. Where did you find the persist.img? I would like to try it to see if it works for me.

Found it in a telegram group called hottdog dev although if it stopped working for you on stock firmware that leads me to believe it's a hardware issue for us.....weird

I contacted TMobile via Twitter and they're sending me a replacement device. They said that there are multiple reports online of this happening so if I was you I'd just get a warranty exchange.
