I make this ROM based on Shendu2.0,fix some bugs,and a little change.Everything works well,so it's better than CM9 I released two days ago.

7.13 update&fix bugs
There is a phone call problem in the ROM yesterday I released,so I fix it quickly.If anybody got trouble with that,I have to apologize,forgive me,it's an accident we all don't want.Now you can download the new pack or patch to make everything well.
I still can't post outside links,so I write the link into a txt.Sorry about that

btw can you try fixing cm9 camera with files from this release?
a vanilla (untouched) cm9 would be great to have as well

its because we have some more new roms,about the noise,is it also there when you make phone call like in the previous versions?That was a big issue for all the jb roms that we have

Moihack the primary camera application is fixed.3rd party camera issue is here too.

Yeah,I will try,camera in this ROM is available,including 3rd party cameras.But still need to find the problem why on CM9 it doesn't work,I tried use files in this release to replace those in CM9,but it doesn't work:crying: just wait some time,if I fixed,I will release.Thank you for your support

Phone call has no noise,this is a 4.0.4 based ROM,dosn't have same problem like JB

I still didnt try the rom myself. But just suggesting. Go to Storage then Preaa menu button and try settings. There should be one option to Mount usb. I remember a similar problem in FrozenPika cm10.

Bootloop on gapps flash
Tried this gapps from the below link. After the flash and reboot, goes on a bootloop ( not exactly bootloop where in Huawei logo keeps appearing, the CM9 boot animation is in the foreground, but think something keeps getting looped in logcat ).

Can the thread owner confirm if this problem is there?. Or anybpdy?. Just want to check if its only for me. And also if anybody can flash gapps without problem. If so what gapps, can you please post the link to the gapps that works with this rom

Currently am on this amazing ics rom from bbs.anzhi.com. With moderate use, and with both data (2G), wifi on all the time, gives me 2 days battery backup. Also the best performance, multi-tasking that i have seen for a ics rom.

what gapps to use with this rom, the above 2 gapps mentioned by me gives bootloop. I think there is soem problem with gapps flash with this rom. Which is why i raised this before. But nobody acknowledged that, and now i had to flash it thrice and still the same problem This will make me hesitant to do another flash of this. Can pm the logcat, if somebody needs it. Thanks.

Put the logcat here. No need to PM.and before & after flashing gaps did u Wipe Dalvik cache and Cache?. Its necessary to do so..

Great! Yet another rom to try out I'll be waiting for screenies before I try it out. Just a question nims11, does this rom have the 3rd party facebook login problems like the other cm7 based roms? Since this is a problem to a Facebook freak like me, only Jusada's roms don't have this problem.

Hey nims. I'm facing issues... I restored from cwm5. And it says sd-ext format fail. So I ignored it and rebooted my phone. Roms looking great but I'm having Market force close issues... Isit releated to the sd-ext issue?

i worked for both base but I formatted my pc by mistake by mini tool
though i recoverd many data but not all

Thanks a lot nims11 for your efforts! Does this drain battery? Since the original 7.2 by Axel003 was not friendly with my battery. Hence the question.
So glad to see your work again bro. And even better on something completely original, witch is more than can be said for most stuff coming out at the minute. Look forward to flashing when my current projects are finished. It will probably be the last rom I flash on my phone.

Okay guys Here is the instructions of fixing the screen size and screenshot...
Go to system/app using root explorer and delete "Display Fix.apk" then reboot. If u still have the same issue. Go to the ROM zip and delete from the zip itself then flash. No such problems should be there.
Its just an useless shendu Chinese app that causing this issue.
Now instructions to fix lower touchscreen issues..go to settings->Toolbar-> Trigger are to none.
Disabling Pie controlls will fix it. To get pie controlls If u want use the LMT launcher.

Wrong DPI
In my device wifi work bad, same as 10.1, MAC address not recognized (for me this bug is critical)
Yep found screen size fix..and wifi error as the cm10.1 base has same problems..but my wifi mac address is not 0.0.0.0 so its fine with me..

If you have the SDK installed, do an adb devices. If the phone shows type ddms and navigate to tools> take screenshot.

I am compiling right now. Still not finished though.
But Ivan's rom is very good! Try it!
AnyBody having problems with SDCard?! I cant Mount it... after flashing this ROM, I went in recovery (TWRP) to flash Gapps....and i couldn't see and use (mount) my SDCARD. when i put it on my PC it tells me to FORMAT IT!! but i can't I have a lot of stuff on it... HELP PLEASE

maybe your sd card was damaged
make sure you use cwm 5.0.2.7 by geno because with the 6.0.1.5 by ivan I also had trouble with sd card

sdcard appeared like write protected both in rom and recovery
is the phone call sound still low and noisy like all the other jb roms? I hope we have a usable jb this time without the crappy amss workaround

This SD card problem is getting on our nerves. Really what sort of problem is this.. objr bro am sad to say i think it is damaged. Same happened to our team member Prakhar. Try changing roms. Put in different recovery(maybe old trusted 5.0.2.7) and flash in an old rom. And see if sd card still has the problem. If it persists..then your sd card is fried. This has been happening with many Shendu releases and we still dont have a clue how and why this problem is taking place. We have been brainstorming since weeks since the new shendu 4.1.2 and our Team taurua rom first release. Really wierd problem.
As much knowledge i have...i think somehow the Rom or the kernel is changing the Reading system of the Sd-card permanently.

It should support any boot animation as long as the resolution is 1080x1920 and the permissions are set to rw-r-r-. What folder did you put it in?

Ah, my bad, it was for my older phone which was 1280x720, good point.

Yeah I do. Poweramp takes some trickery though. You have to go into Audio -> Advanced Tweaks and uncheck Direct volume control, and BT Direct Volume Control. I also check MusicFX. Normally with other ROMs I have to do that and then enable the switch in the Tone/Volume screen, but that switch doesn't appear on Liquid so you may not need to check that box.

Then plug in your headphones. That seems to kick start Poweramp/Viper. In Viper settings you may have to disable and renable it. Then it should process everywhere until a reboot. Then you gotta do the headphones thing again.

The PowerAmp/Viper thing has been like that forever on Mahdi too, ever since we went to the 4.4 kernel. If @REV3NT3CH can fix it, that would be awesome.

What variant do you have? And where did the modem come from? Most ROMs now need the stock modem. The actual one that came with the OTAs. If you're using one from dr87's thread that were patched to fix rotation, they won't work.

D802 Okhey thanks, I was convinced I was using the correct modem. I have download and install the one from Cloudyfa and its working perfectly. [emoji5]
i too have got v4a working with @JRJ442 's method on latest build...though the install part is much easier than before and standard audio across the board seems fixed...im still aiming at fixing v4a for good as its one of the best feautures built into the rom and greatest mods in android history when it works proper

This rom is really nice. It could have its own customization menu, add they are under Display menu, but still is fine. I have some problems with gapps, so I am trying the 64bit version.
And RRO/Layers Builds from Aldy ... ? SimpleAOSP ftw !!!
Just a warning people, franco kernel and Fire Ice kernel causes system UI crash, so don't bother with those. Their g+ page says elementalx kernel is compatible, maybe I'll try that later.
Edit: Fire Ice K6 test6+ works

Sorry, I guess I should have reported it to you first hand. I think it's because of layers. Their g+ page might say why most kernels won't work.

I used K5. First I flashed franco and got system ui crashes. I went to recovery and flashed k5 and got the same thing. I reflashed the rom and the ui crashes went away. I figured it was the kernels doing that because people were reporting similar behaviors with other kernels on g+
