I read in the Dev Threads about zram and I want to know, howto enable zram and specifiying its settings. I am on the latest Quarx CM10.1 and latest Blechdose Kernel.
Thanks

Edit cmdline file located in system/boot menu/2ndboot
Append the text "zram" with a space from the last word of the file like the pic attached

I'm not really sure what I'm looking for as Dwang's ROM is very fast to begin with, but I'm always looking for improvements ...

Thank you all comment and view.
ask in the kernel Q&A thread
The thread you linked to only supports stock kernels and cf-root kernels and does not work on most custom kernels

I would add to the comment above that it is highly likely the modules have been compiled for kernel level 2.6.35.7 (since that's the lastest official kernel sources available) inserting a modules for another kernel level will not work.
Ok, I understood. Thank you very much.
Hello,
it is possible to add the "screenshot" options in the power menu in this ROM: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1256581 ?
Hi,
Instead of a ROM modification, why don't you try installing some apps from the Market to take screenshots when you want? "ShootMe", "Screenshot It" are some that I found from a Google search.
I use them, but the screenshot in the power menu is more comfortable and faster
Firstly:

"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Found it in the second post of the thread you linked to, the link for the Advanced Powermenu Mod is Mod edit: Link removed.
It is most likely to have the screenshot option.
Thank me, you're welcome.
As we all know the Camera on the N4 is really sh1tty because of the Continuous Burst mode.
It can be fixed by going into Camera -> Settings > Camera Settings > Focus > AUTO
I've flashed so many ROMs and now i can't remember which ROM has that OPTION!!!
I've tried Purity and CM11, but their Camera apps don't have advanced settings.
Please help me out on this one, i'm kinda OCD on phones so everything needs to be perfect or otherwise i'm very pissed!!!!
If this is what you mean? You can try slimkat

Yep, that's it.
All good now, after re-flashing CM the Camera app was installed again somehow (1st and 2nd flash didn't fix, 3rd did)
Hey guys, after a long search in many threads I have found out, that there isn't any thread that handles completely with the Wifi issue, that can happen when you use the "Ausdim Kernel" with the wrong rom. But this isn't any problem! ?
------------------------------------------------------------------
You can fix this bug for NEARLY EVERY rom that you use, by following these 3 easy steps:
》get a build.prop editor / or a root explorer ( I recommend Build Prop Editor by JRummy Apps Inc.)
》navigate to ro.securestorage.support (in build.prop file)
