Hi All, I really miss my old droid pro. Looking at ebay I found Droid Pro Plus. It is in any way supported (root, cyanogenmod)?

Root first then follow the instructions on second link page. Read known issues before installing..
I recommend you NOT to install custom rom on Pro + only root it but it's your choice! Good luck :good:

It has some bugs alright, but It's only my opinion because I dont like to use roms with issues..
Also you must unlock bootloader http://www.droidevelopers.com/f301/14896-detail-steps-how-unlock-boot-loader-motorola-pro.html (register to see links) if you want to install custom rom.
Just try it and let me know what do you think about ICS rom for Pro+.

Hey,
I'm new here, I'm sorry for asking this question I'm sure it's been asked before but I didn't see it.
But I want more than one persons opinion.
What is the best ROM for the Kindle Fire?
Please tell me why you think so, or why you know so.
I'm really looking for a ROM out of BETA, and very close fully functional.
Thank you!

if having netflix is important to you then I would go with CM7 with an ICS theme until a more stable release is out for CM9. In the first post of the CM9 thread there is a disclaimer that the release is not intended for daily use yet. CM9 is very much in beta right now so CM7 or CM7 barebones are what I would recommend for you
OK thank you man, so is barebones a version of CM7 without bloatware or some stock apps?

correct, it is a custom CM7 rom with a lot of the bloat taken out
Is it the most stable version of CM7?

Hello, guys! A lot of people asked me how to flash custom ROMs on Xperia arc/S since I am the developer of Jelly Sandwich. Always I offered them a self-written guide (guide, tutorial - call it as you want). They were very glad of it. So... I thought, it would be great if I share the tutorial, so other people will be able to use them without asking me in private message. The tutorial I'm sharing with you is in .txt format. The ROM example in the guide is Arconium ICS, but if you don't want to flash that, just swap Arconium with other ROM you would like to use.

I have 3 question i followed your guide and its great, however i want to change kernel because arc knight is draining too much battery.
1)How to change a kernel should i just flash it with fastboot (follow step 3 to 11) or there is a different procedure?
2)What is the best kernel for Arconium 4.0 to get good battery life without overclock?
I think its this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1680793, but correct me if im wrong....
3) Should i wipe something before or after i flash kernel and will i lose my data and apps?

1. Fastboot is the only possibility
2. XArc by Sirkay
3. Make backup with Titanium from Store, wipe everything and restore after installation.

Good choice. :good:
I'm looking at AOKP myself (the one K900 has worked with). They have a milestone of 4.2. Still "shopping" around.

What recovery are you using?
I would recommend TWRP. Install it via GooManager. Tap the menu key, Install OpenRecovery Script.
Then flash the ROM of your choice.

Hi guys,
Note 3 N9005
I am wanting a basic ROM with a few tweaking options. Can you recommend one without Xposed? I want to only install Simplistic Framework.
I used to use Android Revolution HD on my Note 2.
Thanks for your suggestions.

Hi guys what is the best miui-based rom ? i mean smooth and not laggy
I think MIUI is not good, but it looks good and have some features. If you want smooth, then just debloat xiaomo.eu ROM, root and apply adblocker like adaway

Really? Ypu know this forum has threads with pinned guides. You didn't even type in search field or even google it.
You need bootloader unlocked and stick to instruction in thread "debloat..."
Just read, everything was described precisely a long time ago
