You can flash them, but you need to edit the updater script. You take away the assert prop lines in it. Then rezip the rom, install it, flash the i9505 specific files, which you can find in victorator his cm thread. Then it should work fine.

I'm not sure of the at&t version, but I just flashed the MIUI port available on the Samsung Galaxy S 4 i9505 forums and it works great. I have a Canadian S4 so I don't know if it will work on the At&t version
Here's a link to the thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2306650
EDIT: I'm not responsible for any bricked devices

I would edit that post to erase i9500. We don't want people thinking they could flash that one.

Can I flash sprint Gs4 roms onto my tmobile Gs4

I would highly not suggest it, unless you like to open cans of worms and pull your hair out or possibly have a phone that doesn't operate like it should.

It's because they're all basically the same phone. LTE gsm S4. We are CDMA. So you would run into a lot of problems. Data being one of if not the biggest.

Don't do it, two different cell technologies (Sprint/CDMA vs. T-Mobile GSM), raises likelihood of ending up with a brick.

You can flash verizon and sprint roms on a tmobile note 2 just by flashing tmobile baseband after the rom...I don't see why it wouldn't work on s4

Those are TARs. You DO NOT flash those in recovery. Only through Odin.

Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
Nope. You have an i9505, as long as what ever your flashing is for the i9505 you're fine.
Country doesn't mean anything.

It's not advisable to flash branded ROM's on unbranded device but you may.
If you do, please report the results.

I have rooted my note 3 with odin successfully, I was looking to install CWM but couldn't find the exact TAR file for the n9005 on lollipop 5.0.

Does anyone have a link if one exists..
Thanks in advance.

Pretty sure hlte is supposed to work with N9005, N900A, N900T and N900P as well as N900W8. I think its unified for all snapdragon note 3s
I think your bootloader needs to be unlocked

You cannot / don't have to unlock a Samsung bootloader on SM-N9005. You use ODIN to flash the recovery and you are set. I would suggest this one btw. https://idlekernel.com/twrp/v6.6.5_2016_01_03/
That is incorrect it will fail when attempted
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
It's absolutely correct and the way I did it! SM-N9005 is NO US Verizon crap phone, it's OPEN for ANY modification and just causes KNOX 0x1! IF it's no N9005, then you are absolutley right, there are some variants from ATT and Verizon which are locked and you have to verify that.
