Does anyone know if there's a way to make Camera ICS the default camera? I updated albinoman's new jelly bean ROM for my 4G mytouch and now the default camera wigs out and puts green lines all over things. It's a great ROM, but it has a couple bugs.
I got Camera ICS and it works perfectly but when I press the dedicated camera button, it still brings up the original camera program. I'd like that button to bring up Camera ICS. Any tips?

On the stock android 2.2 you can set SEPARATE images for lock screen and home screen, but I don't see option in Cm7.. m I overlooking it someplace?!
Title should read Cm7.1 And Wallpapers... I'm using go keyboard and im still training the dictionary
I believe you can start doing that as of CM7 nightly #151, which included a few new features in addition to separate wallpapers for the lock screen and home screens. I flashed the latest nightly (#172, at the time) today and it's been running great so far.
Looks like XDA member kangxi has given us the scoop on the new ICS 4.0.4 update for the CDMA version of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus. The update looks to have new radios, so we can expect better reception and hopefully better 4G fon the super phone. The update is also is suppose to remedy that pesky bug were the phone would wake up randomly. Guess it comes with a digital Tylenol PM. ROM is still in the works but here is what you can expect:
•Noticeably Faster
•Android OS bug fixed (in battery stats)
•Long-pressing on a blank spot on the last page of app tray bug is gone
•3G/4G switching better.
•Improved signal strength
•New Power Menu
•PRIMELA03 Boot loader
•Faster boot up time
•Auto-brightness Functionality changed. Smooth transition
•Holding down camera button now refocuses again
•Multi touch issue seems resolved
•Auto rotate is faster
•Browser performance noticeably improved
•Recent apps list opens faster
•Miscellaneous camera UI changes
•Increased volume
•Keyboard fixes
•Updated News & Weather app UI
•Improved quick controls in browser

I'm running Sevenrock's Feb 9 build CM10 and I use 4.2 keyboard.
The problem is that, the keyboard doesn't display fully in landscape. Pic in attachment. Notice the bottom of the screen, where only the top row is visible partially.
Please help.
Using Quarx CM10 20130507 with keyboard and gallery from 4.2 and not having this issue.
You should backup, put a more recent Quarx release to check if it's an incompatibility issue or something more elusive (data/cache).
Hello, I found these bugs on my stock non-rooted 4.3 android. Can you see the pictures and tell me are there any fixes for them? To reproduce the first picture fire up more than 4 apps and swipe one to remove it and on top you will see the black line. For the camera i don't know ho to reproduce it but it happens sometimes that the picture wants to escape from the screen like its moving to the right and overlaps.
never used the stock rom always sticked to pa
On screen buttons was available previously on CM10 builds but on the latest CM10.2 Quarx nightly I miss this in the display settings.
:crying:
My defy's capacitive buttons are not working so I rely on on screen buttons.
Tried to enable them by changing the build.prop but didn't work!
Even tried some apps. Pie control lags a lot with intensive applications.
I also read somewhere that decompiling the framework-res apk on screen buttons can be enabled but didn't try that yet. Waiting for the community's response :fingers-crossed:
