My SdCard Not There

Can someone help me figure out this issue I'm having, when I plug the phone to the PC and connect mass storage the only one that pop up is the internal sd , so I goto my computer to click on the drive of the external sd it doesn't open any idea?

Computer cant see sd card

For some reason my computer wont let me see my sd card after ext 4 partition phone sees it....but when i plug in the computer it reconized phone is connected but cant see the sd drive. What can i do to fix it?? Sent from my HTC HD2 using xda premium

Is it NTFS formatted? Apparently the stock ROM/kernel doesn't support NTFS. Try Ext4, FAT or exFAT.
it doesn't meets the power requirement , i have a seagate backup plus 1 tb external and its usb3.0 and doesn't works on usb otg , get an external powered usb port and then try connecting it, would definitely work.

Some say OTG works on 4.4.2 some say it doesn't work.

yes no problems coying/moving from internal to usb storage or from usb storage to internal also no problems viewing photos from usb storage or playing media files(videos and music):good:

How To Use Otg Pendrive For Games In S4 I9500 & Folder Mount Will Work
Just attach your pendrive and it will pop up the file explorer
make sure ur pendrive is in FAT32 format n not NTFS.
