Use csc code for the carrier you want it on? There is a thread about it here somewhere.

You could try using the free method posted on the forums here but it is not guaranteed to work. Your other option is to purchase an unlock code for $5-20 and be done with it.
I personally just bought a code.

I needed to get one unlocked, I managed to convince Telus to sell me the unlock code for $35. I was not in the mood to try the third party websites.
Your mileage may vary in convincing Telus to unlock the device.
I tried all the free methods with no luck so I took it in and got it unlocked for $30.

So with my older phones there were specific sections for each carrier. With the One can I just flash whatever regardless of me being on Sprint? Thanks

I'm going to buy the AT&T S4. I was wondering if I can get it unlocked since I'm playing the no contract price.
Or if there is any way to unlock since I plan to use it on tmobile in a few months.
They'll probably have you fill out a form after 90 days.

Not true you can call them and get the unlock code. Ive done so from overseas with the s3 since I paid out right or you can purchase an unlock code.
This was done within 90 days of purchase for sure.

I attempted to order an unlock for my ATT i9505 from a popular unlocking website. They were unable to provide the service and had to refund my money. If you want to attempt this at this early stage, use an unlocking service with a refund policy until more is known.

Yes I have. I posted it earlier somewhere. Www.fastgsm.com did it for me. Took them 24hrs $29.99 but they refund you $20 if you upload video of yourself doing it. 100% works and I did it on a upgraded line.
It was for i337 att but they have a few galaxy s4 options im sure one of them will work just ask them.

Idk if this is possible. I have an Unlocked AT&T phone and I would like to use it on T-Mobile. If I decide I don't want to keep T-Mobile and return to AT&T using the same device, can I?

An unlocked phone will work with whatever company's sim card is currently installed, given that the sim card is activated.

what didn't work? if you say LTE or MMS on another network that's because 1)LTE won't work on any other network because of different baseband. 2) you need to set the correct APNs.

Confirmed NAE S4 domestic working on T-mobile and AT&T.
you need to interantional unlock first
a quick google search on sprint s4 sim unlock would get you all you need.

Did you revert to MDL modem?
Could you make sure the s4 is reading sim correctly( when plug T-mobile sim, it should say unsupport sim or something).
