How can I edit the stock kernel (OC, UC, voltages, governors, schedulers, etc.)?! Is it even possible lol? Thanks to anyone that can help!
Stock kernel doesnt allow those things the kernel has to be set up for that

Kernels don't. Some roms, probably most, do. But it dosen't matter. They don't affect your network or phone.

For me bcm21553 gov+deadline is the best.
I have modded the governor myself for awesomeness
Governer:conservative
I/o schduler: sio
Max freq: 832
Min freq : 156
Best battery lyf.!

Try kuro...
It provides you with different governors..
For battery saving, performance etc...

Its good but many times gives white screen error and ultimately we have to reboot.

It has No Bugs

lol.. the kernels never get mixed up its just that you are on merruk's kernels and repencis v3.5 ROM and its completely fine Rom and kernels are two different things.

They never mix, but still if you think so reflash your stock and then install the preferred one.

Well it depends with the custom Rom i would suggest u to have a kernal which will improve the battery life / heating issue will be less
In kernal u can underclock device which will help in certain issues
Hope u know doing all this is like playing with warranty of the phone

Yes u can and after that u myte have to use triangle away app to remove the counter which gets increased after flashing anything custom
But yes it's possible to make how it was out of the box
