Hello guys, I like to have a stock of Samsung Browser in full screen so that it works even with all the new features of our device. Other browsers tested but do not support the new features of samsung s4. Thanks to the developers for their hard work
Full Screen is in the Accessibility option on the Browser Settings.
No, but remains visible already set the address bar, I mean a full screen complete as of version 4.2.1

So I recently found a wwflash based chat page a local club uses. The page almost fits on my Motorola Milestone, but its a little hard to get to the text box at the bottom of the screen. So I thought the Atrix might be exactly what I need.
However, the text page still is a little large when the android browser address bar is showing. Is there some way to hide that bar???
Ditch the stock browser
Ditch it for what?
This is an add on to Dolphin browser. Install both.
Additionally, you could try this browser. It says it has full screen mode in the options, i have never tried it myself.
hi folks,
i love AOSP browser. only one thing bugs me about it - it doesn't scale images to fit screen. did any previous versions do this properly or is there any way to get it to do it? firefox does this perfectly and is an excellent browser, but it defaults to page overview for every single page it loads so i'm constantly having to double tap to fit screen. if firefox had a way to remember default zoom like AOSP it would also be perfect!
gary.
I *think* the address bar on the stock browser of my i9505 used to scroll off the top of the screen or "autohide".
Now it just seems stuck there, and it's very annoying. My old S2 definitely used to autohide.
I've checked the box in the browser accessibility settings for 'full screen' but it makes no difference at all.
Does anyone know how to fix this, or is it just the way it is. Phone is unmodified on Three in the UK.
thanks
Hey I had the s3 before and I had a option in settings to get full screen browser with pie controls and I can't find out how to do it on the note 3 is there a way to do so ? Because a full screen browser would make this phone so much better

You can use the AOSP version of the stock browser, in full screen it removes everything and then you can use the quick controls to swipe in from the side of the screen.

Video in that thread shows off what I'm talking about in the later portions.
If you are rooted to can try out this app from the market:

You could try an aftermarket browser too. I have used Dolphin for years and love it. It does fullscreen and you can change User Agent too. No more getting stuck in mobile versions of websites.
Hey there,
I'm just coming to the note 3 from the S3. I hope I made a good choice
I've always used AOSP ROMs with the ability to change dpi, else my device just feels clunky. Having more information on screen, akin to a PC, really boosts productivity.
Which ROMS (either AOSP or TW) support DPI switching? What's best from your experience?
With Note 3 however, TW or at least Samsung Keyboard seems to be necessary for just one reason - one-handed keyboard mode. Otherwise it seems AOSP can do everything just as well. I don't need any of the pen stuff personally, smart stay, etc. Is there a way to get a one-handed keyboard on AOSP?
Otherwise the TW apps are just slow and bulky IMO (for example messaging can't handle 10k sms without lag)
The S3 with paranoidandroid worked very well to force the browser to think its a 600p form-factor tablet and show tabs at the top of the window. SMS convos would show 10 messages in one window and same goes for email or contacts. This was super efficient and worked well! Why isn't this the norm?
you have many rom with multi dpi
just look in title of the thread
