I need some help finding out how to Root my Galaxy s4, I found a lot of ways to do it but I don't know if it will work for me. If someone could give me a link. Can i use this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2219803 ?

Yes, that link would work. The original dev section is where cf root is, which is what the link links to.

On the latest Cdn firmware Motochopper root method does not work according to various reports (as outlined in this thread from the guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2298299 ).
I used Chainfire's autoroot to get root (same as mentioned by SU above), and Goomanager to install twrp. Use this guide here to install root access:

I am trying to find a way to root a Samsung Galaxy S4 I-337 (AT&T). Been searching and found towel root, but it did not work with my S4. Did not find any other ways to root or if I did it was for the I-9500.
Andorid Version: 5.0.1
Baseband Version: I337UCUGOK2
Hope someone can point me in the right direction.

4. If you are not already rooted (or to unbrick) you must first flash the I337UCUFNB1_Rootable_Full_Odin.tar (use Odin's PDA slot (AP in Odin v3.09+), root with Towelroot, then proceed with the above process.

Worked like a treat, thanks for the help.

Having the same issue, but my S4 is stuck on ATT logo.
I can still access downloading mode and recovery mode(Android system recovery<3e> LRX22C.I337UCUGOK2.
I tried some files that i found online , but no luck .
Can anybody help me with this issue?

i used I337UCUFNB1+ odin and android is working now.

put your phone in developer mode.
connect to computer (drivers should be installed).
open odin put the file file which has name APxxxxx in ap section and follow the same for the rest . For csc put either one (csc or home_csc) then click start.
should work fine....

Since you got your answer, can you delete your thread from this section?
If you are still unsure visit the general discussion guide, or go to samsmobile search firmware, download your models firmware and flash via odin - instruction are also found there.
