Hi,
Why I'm able to see the app for the features but not my features on the camera app. Any ideas?
Example the erase feature or this is not enable on stock.. Don't have other phone to compare
Are you on a custom rom, or have installed a camera mod? My camera app doesn't look like yours, that is why I ask. All of my modes are there.

I absolutely love this ROM. I'm keeping an eye on the camera updating thread for a fix.
Does anyone know how to get the 4g icon back for my data icon on status bar?
Is there a build prop edit to make it read from a different system ui area?
I've read a lot about omega dark theme but can't find it for the life if me. This a lot community and hope to run across another member who's been here and done that

If you look in build.prop change what is there to these.
ro.product.name = jflteatt
Ro.product.model= samsung-sgh-i337
Ro.product.name = jflteuc

The Dark theme comes on the ROM already

What about t-mobile. Can I just change to what t-mobiles build prop says and I'll have the 4g icons back? Have you tried this yourself? Was there any negative impact on anything? Thanks

Well I went for it. I'm t-mobile so I put the t-mobile build prop in and my 4g icons are back. The at&t would have worked fine also. Thanks sooooooooo much C13v3r0n3

I'm confused. You're a T-Mobile user asking questions about Omega, which afaik is a Euro ROM. And this is an AT&T forum.
Is there an Omega port for the AT&T phone? I don't see one in the ATT dev forum.
I've been thinking about flashing the i9505 version of Omega just to see what all the fuss is about.
I'm a t-mobile user. Flashed omega I9505 rom and my dedicated t-mobile kernel. Everything is perfect
I thinks awesome with all the options we have on this phone. Is only going to get better as AOSP source is going to be released for our devices. Not that I want to run AOSP but it opens the development flood gates even more! We're off to a great start. Best I've ever seen on a new device

To kill the app. The camera works without having to kill the app. Back key works fine for me

Yea it all works fine, im not really sweating the firmware message. I was just digging around in the apk looking for that message and I was going to get rid of the check all together but I cant seem to find the code.

That would be awesome. More then likely there's no update for it, maybe it just needs to verify something in the kernel? Hope you get it

Kernels are beyond me at this point, im thinking its in the framework apk or something, I swapped the camera apk from a stock att rom and it did the same thing.
So far I have swaped the lib files the apk and the cameradata folder, none have worked.

I'm use to seeing that t-mobile 4g icon so never paid close attention to what exactly was going on with 3g to hspa+ normal transitions. I'm seeing the 3g to H constantly bouncing back and forth. Does data try to stay on 3g unless there's data demand and then it reaches out for a better hspa+ connection? When looking in settings /status it's indeed bouncing back and forth. My data seems to be the same using both the epct-mobile.com and the fast. T-mobile.com APN.
Do you think this is normal guys or should I try to find a fix. My data is ok doing speed test. Around 9mb down average. I would think that it should stay in hspa+connection?
Thanks I would really appreciate any clarification or if another t-mobile user using I9505 roms could share there experience. Thanks

My device is SM-N9005 running MI6 with MI7 baseband, with Lean Kernel.
I am having a weird issue where my camera app is rotated landscape, regardless of how my device is orientated. It is the same for camera zoom fx. However all other apps remain portrait?????

Just bought the note 3 from AT&T a few weeks ago and my camera started doing this. Both with stock app and camera zoom fx. The only way I can get it to straighten out is reboot the phone. Just clearing cache won't do it. Searched the Web and can't find a fix. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any ideas.

I think the fix was a different kernel or ROM.
Try changing to stock kernel... if that doesn't fix it, flash a stock ROM.

These issues date back to the very first Android versions. A reboot is usually the only solution. You can try a wipe or reflash, but they're not guaranteed to solve the problem.

Someone on the mj6 leak said if you go to the quick toggle setup and reset it you'll get it back. But didn't work for me.

Yup I tried the same logical step, but to no avail.. SMH at Samsung! I did download the Data Enabler Widget which does the same thing, but still disappointed as to why they would remove an important toggle.. At least give us an option to restore it!
What about the power toggles app? Does that not work?

I personally have never found a reason to want to toggle data on and off so I never even noticed it was missing. That being said, would you be able to use Tasker to watch for another quick toggle (such as S Beam or Blocking Mode) to activate/deactivate and then toggle data accordingly? At least that would give you a solution more closely related to what you are used to. Just a thought.
Is there a way to control the screen's saturation without having to go back to Samsung's ROM?
The screen is really over-saturated and unnatural. I'm used to the "Movie Mode" that comes with Samsung's ROMs.
I'm using CM11 (4.4). Not sure which exact ROM it is because I've installed it using CyanogenMod Installer and then updated it from the phone.
I'm guessing not. Thanks for the help everyone.

I think no one has answered because its a silly question.
In your phones display settings there is an option called screen mode, this changes screens saturation.

No unless if someone ports CM colours
EDIT: I believe that there is a market app that adds a filter to make it seem less saturated if that is what you were looking for

You're kidding right?
It's in the settings of Stock Samsung ROMS!
Screen mode is in settings and you can choose between various modes which CHANGE YOUR SATURATION!
it can also be done on many many AOSP ROMS and custom kernels.
So YES the answer is YES YOU CAN

Maybe just the widgets are missing. I had that once on JB. Even the phone widget went missing
