Have u rooted? After the update
Possibly camera apk would be having some issue
We can try replacing camera apk only if rooted
or
If possible flash stock firmware using odin it won't affect ur warranty also
And u can get the firmware link from my signature
I also suggest pls post such thing in Q & A u l. Have more replies rather creating a new thread

If you are fine with factor reset, you could try that. IIRC, formatting the internal sdcard helped me once. Factory reset might be the best option but you need to decide if losing data is worth it

I dont understand what the problem is. If i do a factory reset the device status becomes normal in settings. Then i reboot to check status in download mode, and it is official. All fine.
But then i reboot my phone, check status again and suddenly its modified. What can i do to fix this?

Do you have Samsung Stock Recovery or Custom Recovery? if it is custom recovery then your system will show as modified.

Stock recovery. I have flashed the stock official indian rom. I dont understand how does it change from normal to modified. Weird.
Anyways trying steps mentioned by chainfire to see if they work.
Here they are:
- Use Triangle Away to reset the flash counters, and pull the battery immediately after rebooting starts
- Boot into recovery and perform a wipe, and pull the battery immediately after rebooting starts
- Go to SamMobile and get the stock firmware for your region
- Flash that stock firmware on your device
- Let Android boot, go through device setup (without doing any logins) until Android is fully usable again
- Reboot
- Wait at least 10 minutes
- Check Settings->About device->Status and make sure Device status is not "Modified"
- Perform another factory reset
- Boot into download mode and make sure the flash counter and system status are all set to official
Some of these steps may require further info, if you can't figure it out, do some more searching, or ask people who aren't me
Ohh thamks do i need to change csc to india also ??

If you like to use Kies instead of Odin then you can disconnect your USB cable (phone) and go to Tools>Firmware Upgrade and Initialization and follow the instructions. You'll need to enter model number (case sensitive) like GT-I9500 and your mobile's serial number (from Settings>About Device).

Just let it be. When you open ODIN then it will have only 2 ticks. Dont tick more then that. Then select PDA (i.e. .tar) file & Press Start. Don't unplug the device until you get clear Ext button.
Note: Do check whether your Mobile has been detected by ODIN (A Green column will be highlighted in left upper corner).

No, this is actually a fail-safe way to upgrade your firmware in case the automatic Kies updater fails. You'll get to a step where you'll choose to factory reset or not, and you can always back up and restore data from Kies (you can back up before the whole upgrade process).
Odin is good, though. Basically the same thing. If you flash official ROM then your phone status will stay "Official" but the flash counter may increase. Kies method is official and will not threaten your warranty.

Yes correct it's a big file as lots of bloatware by Samsung and the OTA I is 343 mb
I would still suggest that download install and keep it even after flashing it I personally never trust KIES a stupid time waste waitng for it to complete
And ya even if u try doing thru KIES it myte take abt 3 hours as my friend took more then 4 hours having 1 mbps speed
And ya this won't increase a binary counter

Thanks very much mate! For your valuable information the kies is very bad... it tooks me 1.5 hour per season. .. I tried 2 times to upgrade my s4 but still not successful. Hmmm
I will definitely try download and flash it using ODIN. Sorry if I'm writing too much because I am absolutely noob to Samsung device.
One more thing? Its that the phone recovery in the kies are reliable? In case of brick or something how can I revive it.
Thank in advance

Just let it be. When you open ODIN then it will have only 2 ticks. Dont tick more then that. Then select PDA (i.e. .tar) file & Press Start. Don't unplug the device until you get clear Ext button.
Note: Do check whether your Mobile has been detected by ODIN (A Green column will be highlighted in left upper corner).

**[WITH LINKS]** Restore MK3 from NB2 firmware

For those who don't want CM11 or any custom ROM and want to restore XXUBMK3,
Follow these steps:
1. Flash the AMF7 or any other 4.1 STOCK firmware by ODIN to change the partitioning, and deleting the changes from new update.
2. Factory Reset the device from recovery.
3. Flash MK3 firmware, hence restoring phone to old firmware.
Tried on my phone, now fast as before...
EDIT
I had flashed AMF7 and then MK3 2 times
BNB2 > AMF7 > MK3 > AMF7 > MK3
to avoid any conflict, and it worked like a charm...
LINKS
4.1.2 AMF7

I can confirm this method works.
Three days ago when the firmware was released, the lag was so bad on upgrading not just on stock but AOSP had freezes as well. I reflashed the K3 several times but it only helped a little. Finally, I got tired and decided to downgrade to 4.1.2 and upgrade back to 4.2.2, and it works great since.
Thank you for sharing this, it was a much needed info to be posted.
That damn NB2 update made my grand laggy.
I've flashed F7 ROM again but for some reasons it still feels laggy.
Am I the only person who smells a 'Samsung' conspiracy ?

Try this Rahul, you wont have to go through all of that.
I rooted my Grand, installed Titanium app and took backup of Gallery and Touchwiz and uninstalled both of them. Before deleting these two, remember to download their alternatives, i installed Quickpic and Nova Launcher and everything is back to normal. BNB1 is working smoothly now.
@sidkota
There's a thread by @tharmor which has BMK3 mirror.

Thanks sidkota,
I will try these steps today and revert my Grand back to MK3. I was looking out for these steps since i too upgraded my Grand yesterday with BNB02. I am very new to Odin flashing (Though I have mastered Moto RSD Lite).
Can you please let me know if i have to flash AM7 & MK3 twice?

Download CPU z and lux brightness from play store.
CPU z has an option which shows the values returned by your sensors.
Move your phone a bit and check if they change accordingly.
Try lux brightness to change ur brightness
From where you downloaded your stock ROM and how did you flashed it?
Which recovery are you using?

you live in Spain?
If you do live in Spain and use Vodafone then your firmware is OK, else not.
Try to format your data and cache from recovery, FORMAT not just wipe and then flash the stock firmware through Odin.
BTW what results did you got by using those two apps?
