For me, CSC (baseband) doesn't contain languages. Try More Locale app from Play Store:

Hi my friends! Well i also have a doubt about this. I installed minirom touchwiz v3 ROM (great rom), except for the languages. It contains a few languages, and doesnt has spanish language. I tried morelocale2, but it doesnt translate anything :crying:
So, how can i translate the whole rom to spanish?

Wanna contribute and on the way localize my phone (SGH-i337).
Where do I start ? Do I need to take an official AT&T Stock ROM and somehow slipstream it with RTL Hebrew Language menus or the other way around take an official GT-i9505 Hebrew stock ROM (which is non existent at this moment probably because no carrier here sells this device) and try to modify it to fit the SGH-i337 (same Hardware , what's the difference apart from the CSC ?).
If such ROM exists let me know ! if not I need help creating one !

I tested a few roms for my guide, and I do reacall that a couple of roms having different languages in the initial setup, try WanamLite or Omega in the i9505 forum.

You could do CM10.1, it allows many languages. Not sure if they offer Hebrew. If they don't.. you could contribute and add it to the source.

I recall using CM 7.2 (GB 2.3.7) on the Samsung Galaxy Mini GT-s5570 it was horrible ! lots of tweaks and lots of bugs ! and the Hebrew menus were partial and not RTL.
Anyway I'm looking for somekind of a ROM emulator to avoid "status brick" AxMan says he got something....
The Omega ROM sounds interesting , was it tested and 100% working on the SGH-i337 ?

I'm not sure if this is useful but a stock rooted att s4 has Hebrew if you're rooted. You just need to delete a file to have it show up.

i tryed the golden eye rom its a good rom but the language i need(hebrew) is not in it.
the FoxHound 1.2 dose have my language in it (hebrew)
but the wifi dosent work for me , after flashing it .please if you have any information that can help ,shear it with us.

It's designed for the GT-i9505 , I don't know if it has been tested on the SGH-i337 (or if it supports full RTL hebrew menus...)
What's the difference between the GT-i9505 and the SGH-i337 apart from the fact that the SGH-i337 is branded (AT&T) and not GSM/SIM/Factory unlocked

How do you know? Are you on this rom?
Hebrew is spelled עברית. Do you see it in the language list?

No, but u cant lose nothing trying it. Its the ROM closer to ur country, if u dont have that language on it u dont gonna have it :fingers-crossed:

I'm sure there must be at least one rom with Hebrew in it, and I don't want to flash 100 roms now until I find it.

I would like to try Flyme 4.5 on my 900T. That chinese guy "lushengduan" has miui v6 for s5 http://www.miui.com/thread-2518089-1-1.html and he says the same "基于三星官方底包4.4.2适配，适配机型：G9006v/G9008v/G900f，理论上支持G900I/L、SCL23，其他机型未测试，请勿尝试！！" and MIUI v6 works fine on my 900T.
Question: Could you upload all those files from OP on any cloud (mega, etc)? I cannot get registered, it is frustrating.

Managed to download it. Use chrome and go on baidu download site, change to desktop view. Now you are able to download the file. Would upload it, but takes about 2 or 3 hours with my slow inet connection -.-
Searching now for possible working kernels and trying to get it boot ^^
In chinese forum there is the g900f listed as working device with this rom....

I have to have 5.0 firmware yes? Must it be stock firmware flashed via Odin or any custom stock based?
Then download recovery from BAIDU and flash it and then flash ROM?
