Yesterday i installed cyanogenmod in my s4 . i made a backup of touchwizz if i want to go back. But i liked too much cyanogenmod but i loved the camera at touchwizz. Is there a port for cyanogenmod of the touchwizz camera of s4?

No there isn't. This subject has been covered for years. A simple search would've yielded you your answer to this question.
If it doesnt exist, the do someone know about a camera that makes gifs ?

Hey Guys
Was just wondering if it's possible to somehow implement touchwiz on the nexus 10?
Any insights appreciated
I'm gonna say no! The Google aosp Roms are about roughly between 120 to 250mb in size , as a touchwiz rom is at least on my galaxy note almost 600+mb, there's too much tw system files to port , it would be half broken and it would run like crap, someone would have to be very dedicated to spend days upon days working on something like this only to be a bad and slow ROM. Your best chance is to find a touchwiz ux launcher that works with cm10 Roms and install that.
Just my opinion

The Play Store has a TouchWiz theme, costs $2.00. I like it -- adds some nice subtle grays to the UI.
Can't be as bad as you say. They have touchwiz for the nexus 7, and that isn't even a Samsung product. It would just take some porting, and debugging/kernel modding to get it to work well.

Look at the amount of people involved in the development of that rom, it takes more than just some porting and debugging a kernel, I attempted to build a cm9 ROM for my galaxy note from source before official was out a while back and is no easy task, I know making touchwiz ROM work on a non tw device is not that simple. But that's just my opinion.

I flashed slimbean rom yesterday and even though I don't care about all the Samsung features or touch wiz I did like the camera. Anyway to get the stock camera from galaxy s4? Thanks in advance

I believe its tied to a bunch of tw framework so it won't work on aosp it been no secret that stock camera apps take better pics than aosp so its a trade off for running. Aosp

Hi, can we have a place so we know which TW apps work with Google Edition ROM's? If anyone knows any please post.

Why would you even want to use TW apps on stock android? If you want Touchwiz experience, go back to stock.

You right, but its good to know which apps work. We might want to mix things up.
If the Google Edition ROMs have TW framework then why not to try. I read somewhere that the camera app works but I don't know where to find the link to the apk.

I would like to have S Health app on my device (running google version 4.2.2)
I eventually got round to rooting my i9505 the other day and now I'm looking for an AOSP ROM that has the Samsung camera, video player and other useful apps. Has anyone seen anything among the numerous options available that offers this?
Cheers.

not gonna happen... best you'll manage is a touchwiz rom with JB domination theme...

So at very best, a GE ROM or even CM10.1 with the Galaxy camera APK that I've seen mentioned would be a good start!?!?
Sent via telepathy
I will leve that. To many good features are does not exist on custom Roms that are already available in the ugly and not usable touchwiz interface

And that's the only thing putting me off taking the plunge at the moment. I think I'll just start with getting some bloatware off there as it is and see how that goes.
Cheers.
Is it at all possible to get aosp or a similar dialer/contacts whilst staying on tw ROM? I am rooted, and love my note but the one thing that is left bugging me is having to use tw dialer/contacts combo.
Have had a good search around but find a mass of stuff that isn't relative. Any advise appreciated.
