So I have to ask, which is better for battery life, NFC on all the time or Tasker running in the background?
I've already looked at the following:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1943824
and couldn't find which one works better for battery life. I know that Tasker and NFC can be used together or in place of each other, but I can't figure out which one is better for battery life.

So i updated now with all the excitement but i noticed there is a weird battery drain, a quick one even with all off, i found it's a known problem occurs in 6.0.1 as pointed here
https://www.gottabemobile.com/2016/02/18/samsung-galaxy-note-5-marshmallow-release-details/
I hope Samsung can fix it themselves as if true, waiting for a fix will take long take and will make MM DOA, post your battery life!
