You just have to try different ones from the Playstore I haven't had luck with a few of them its more like a hit and miss some of them do work

You can post a request in the Theme section of the forum.
The closest I found is this theme: Black Chrome. It's not exactly what you were looking for, but maybe if you ask the developer of the theme, he or she could help you out.
