Dude, stop using expletives in your titles. You have a thread open already so either change the title of that or continue with it. You don't have to swear to get help...
Having said that, it seems clear you don't really know what you're doing do I'd be looking to get my knowledge up to scratch before flashing a custom ROM

As stated above, redownload (you have to redownload, since the original download may be corrupt and be causing the error) and reflash everything, thats ROM and Gapps.

Problem Solved!!!
I just reflashed my CM7 and now the phone works just fine
I just recently restored my phone to stock and then rooted it again, after that I installed PA 3.5 (MAY 12)
Now I am trying to install several apps that I have on my SD card, I get to the screen where it prompts me to install them, but I absolutely cannot press the install button. I did check the installation from unknown sources on. Has anyone else had this issue? I tried factory resetting the phone but it didn't help, I know its a common issue as I used to have it on my sii but it would get fixed by just reflashing the rom. In this case nothing seems to help.
Sent from my Nexus 4 using xda app-developers app
It could be an issue with the new feature halo in the new PA builds. Try disabling it then installing the app.

I'm pretty sure the OP was looking for suggestions. Sometimes the littlest things will make difference. And before you go off on me, the post above his says "it could be" and "try" this. The OP never came back and stated this resolved his issue.

Well, if what you say is true and you are correctly flashing the factory images with fastboot ( including the radio )
your screwed.

Download a nexus 4 ROM and flash that.
Next time do not ever ever flash a rom that is not meant for the device. Is your phone a S4? No. Is it a HTC One? No. Stick with ROMs and kernels meant for your device and you'll be good.

He said he ACCIDENTALLY flashed the ROM of a gs4. No need to rip him apart for a mistake, I think he is going to suffer enough by having to replace his defective phone.

I'm no expert, but obviously you've overwritten your modem/radio partition, maybe even corrupted. I don't know if you could zero that partition (with dd codes) and then flash one of our radios... Not sure if that would work...

No, it's not because it's aosp. Nexus 4 uses aosp but the drivers and all are different on each device.

Install 4.1 via nexus toolkit. Then 4.2. This should install the nexus radio as well.

it's not rolled out to everyone at the same time.
if it's that urgent, download the flashable zip's from the development thread and flash 'em. There's also a factory image available from Google that you can flash from your computuer.

definitely or you can download and flash 4.4.3 factory image
Lets be honest here you have 2 choices its either wait and no one here can tell you when you will get the update or just flash images... Or my bad third choice root and flash stock zips out there. Keep rebooting if you are worried about it or keep checking if you have a check for update section. Hard to believe anyone with a N4 that does not root it.... Good Luck my friend

Just use wug toolkit to flash the OTA zip and root after again.
A few computer clicks is all that it takes.
Only things you need to start is to have ready at your device, the zip files of ota and supersu.
