Can anyone help me ?
My galaxy y can access either the recovery mode or download mode..
it stuck on white screen so i can flash my galaxy y via odin
my battery is full charge i tried to shut down many times remove the battery
but still same thing happen when i tried to access download mode
im currently using nemesis One Rom
PLz HELP ME T_T

yes i tried to push volume up to enter download mode even it is in white screen but my 1.85 flash via odin cannot detect it so i assume it cant do the normal function when it is in white screen...some times when i power on i can go to the menu but the system is kinda corrupt in graphics

to go to download mode press power button and volume DOWN not up

Try to reflash ROM again. I think it helps
Hold vol down, home and power button to go into download mode then flash a ROM through odin. I recommend purumod

hey experts my sgy is getting on n off abd stucks on the galaxy y logo some time it gets in the samsung blue logo bt dosent reboot and as i said it revoot again n again n always get open in recovry mode i tried odin n all bt it reboots in download mode also i have not installed any rom u have original room but i had rooted it i didint installed the cmw.... so guys hepl me out

bt it gets switch off performing that to it just shows the recovrey screwn for few seconds and goes off
and i have perform this couple of time bt same error i have posted my recovry mode image plz check that and rply tbat is it ok or not or something is wrong in that

vol up+power +hom is recovery
and it shows after few seconds it goes off right
did you press anything after getting into recovery

try flashing your stock rom through odin
tried that too but its same like recovry mode it turns off in downloading mode after few seconds

then press vol down+home+power button when the screen appears release and press vol up to enter download mode
does this work??

no bro noy yet cz pc is unavilable bt from the video can u cobfirm that my mib is soft brixk or any other reason that fone reboots ecrytime

hmm have to do that cz somehow i was able to flash custome rom but still same problem.of auto reboot
Wipe ur whole system/data/cache in CWM recovery, then flash stock rom via Odin.

damn started the fone the problem is the power button it got damaged so its rebooting have to press the power button 10000000 times to make the fone work so i will go to shop and ask him to give a new powet button any ways thanks guys and ia there any way to change the button configuration i mean can i change the volume button to power button? temporary?

Help ... I update my mobile lollipop, and time to reboot he called again in download mode, presenting the message in red "Could not the normal boot." I can not go into recovery mode, always turn on this screen .. . PC does not recognize when I conecto.como solve this?:crying:

This problem happens to me when you boot your device it goes to download mode and PC can't detect PC am I right then you need to do pull the battery then press volume dow n ,+ home + power simultaneously then press volume up now this odin must be detect your phone odin can't detet your phone at normal boot bcoz all files are not loaded at the time but when you will boot download mode by pressing odin will detet:thumbup:

Quite strange to see something unusual with my i9500.
When I enter download mode by pressing vol down+home+power and hit vol up i get this screen -[attachment: download-mode-1.jpg]
lets call it download mode 1
when i connect it to pc and flash via odin (twrp.tar.md5 or stockrom.tar.md5) flashing starts and odin shows the green pass message but after reboot i find my phone in its original state!! Nothing was actually flashed, the phone remained untouched!!!
When i enter download mode by adb command "adb reboot download' I get this screen -[attachment: download-mode-2.jpg]
lets call it download mode 2
the same odin shows green pass after flashing the same files and after reboot i actually see my phone in its new state. Everything flashes successfully.
i tried doing this by using different odin versions (odin 3.07, 3.10, 3,10.7) but i got the same result. Then i tried doing it afer rooting, again the same result . It seems that i9500 has two download modes. I am not the only person who experienced this, check this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2293366
Also, in download mode 1, there is a line in blue colour "Secure Download: Enabled" . However the line disappeared after flashing cm12.1 through philz recovery
Does anyone has an explanation for this? Does i9500 really has two download modes or am i misintertpreting things?
S4 users please check this with your phone, i want to know if every s4 has similar issue. Because in future if i brick this phone i wont be able to recover it by flashing stock rom in download mode (by hardware buttons) via odin. This phone doesnt let me flash anything by odin when i enter download mode using key combinations

The flashing of the recovery is fixed by unchecking auto reboot in Odin. Probably same with the rom you are trying.
Regarding the different download mode. Some users reported similar cases. I think some fixed it by pulling the battery out, pressing the power button + volume down or up and then putting the battery back in. That way they could flash in download mode.

I own a Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-i9500. I tried to downgrade from Lollipop to KitKat using Odin but I messed up in the process of doing so. Now my phone won’t turn on at all unless plugged into the PC via USB cable. When I plug it in, my PC doesn’t recognize it and an error message with a caution sign flashes on the screen. When I try to go into boot mode (holding the Power button + volume down + home) the menu shows up, but when I try to enter the boot mode it doesn’t respond. The only way I can get into the boot mode is when I remove the battery and immediately press the down volume.
Does anyone know what I can do here? Thank you.

Do you mean Download Mode?
Could you try to enter Download Mode with battery removed and flash again your firmware with ODIN? Let me know.

Yeah sorry, I meant download mode.
I've tried that method before but to no avail. My phone is currently at the repair shop, hopefully the pros can find a solution to it.
