hi there guys
i have been moving bloatware from my i9500 with the help of this thread and the apps that are mentiond here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2258952
, i didnt remove all of them only some but seems like one of the apk i have removed has been glitching my phone.
since removing them when i go to phone settings --> more ---> battery i can no longer see the "screen icon" showing how much % screen is taking, im not sure if the screen icon there dissapeard or has been replaced or merged with "android os" icon, i suspect that because before , i remeber screen icon was taking most battery usuage and now its android os (33-34%) wich was much lower before (12-13%?) when screen icon was showing
can any one help me with my problem please? could this problem be related to one of the apks i have removed? i mostly removed the usual bloatware (flipboard, widgets, chaton and so on, samsung link, samsung push ect...)
thanks in advance!

Hi guys
Just a quick question...
I have noticed that the battery is only shown wehn I am on the today screen...
When I open other programs or anything it just doesn't show...
Is there a setting for this?
I have managed to put clock inside snce the battery never showed and I didn't want blank space in there...
Thank you
Hey everybody know, how to show that icon battery in atom??
i just bought this phone, and i cant look icon battery in sreen. I dont know about it, i still nubi about this phone.
thank u.
(sorry english bad)
There are several applications that show the battery charge level but I personally prefer to install SPB Pocket Plus on my phone. It has this feature of a battery meter at the top of the screen that shows you how much battery is left even without clicking on any shortcut. Plus you can place program shortcuts on your today screen and organise them. It's pretty neat
Hey all, I'm looking for a weather app or module that will give me either a constant notification (like the google weather card but just needs to be constant) or sits somewhere in the quick settings (like the one integrated in CM12 is exactly what I would like). A lot of the apps I have tried do give the constant notification BUT they also keep an icon in the status bar which I am trying to avoid. A small handful, such as BrightWeather, offer the option to hide it and is the current one I am using so far. So does anyone have any suggestions on this?
I think amber has option for blank notification icon
Yeah it does, the only problem with Amber is that despite setting refresh interval to 3 hrs, I wakes my device a lot more often than that. I think it had woken to do something >15 times/hour. Tried to go through all the settings and not really sure what it was doing, but the battery drain was too significant
Hey all, I wanted to know if any of you know what happened or how to fix the blank grey tiles in the screenshot. All of the apps that are grey had icons previously.
It won't let me link the ss but its necessary here. I at least made it so you can copy the latter half easily.

Im using audax rom, immaterials icon pack, and apex launcher
I did recently go through ALL of the settings on the phone, so maybe I hit something I shouldn't have?
Hello,
Since PIE update I have an annoying problem.
2 side bars similar to edge sidebar (when its closed) appears on my screen (see screenshots).
Theese two bars don't have any actions and can't be swiped., but make little vibrate on swipe.
The main problem is the right sidebar is too close of the send button (messages/whatsapp & messenger) and make half of it don't react (and send message on click).
Here is my observations :
- it's shown over all elements (desktop, app list, all applications)
- it's not visible on lock screen
- it don't show up in Android safe mode
I've dig for hours, and try several methods without success :
- reboot (look stupid, but must be said )
- disable the real Edge sidebar
- disable Samsung Pay
- remove autorisations for ALL apps to overlay on other apps (screenshot)
- change default keyboard (with swiftkey & Gboard)
I've turn my display to night theme to highlight these sidebar, but they're still there in day mode.
I'm now out of idea... the fact it don't show up in safe mode would orient me to app issue. But due to overlay settings no apps are supposed to being able to do this (except secure folders that can't be disabled)... I have many apps it would be painful to remove /reinstall them...
Did anyone already faces similar issue?
Any idea on how to fix it, or where to dig for?
Thanks a lot in advance for your feedbacks, any help will be highly appreciated

I have the very same problem. By using instragram, I have noticed that I cannot click the like button when the like button is near the white bar. So I am thinking that the white bar shows where the edge of the display is disabled to block "unwanted" touch. I also find it very annoying. Help?
Resolved. Before the Pie update, I have installed here from XDA a package of various apps ported from Pie I think. I had to uninstall the one called something like "one hand +". Once uninstalled, the two bars got removed.
Ohhhh Thanks for your fix !!!!
I've dig around Good lock features yesterday, but forget this one.
Problem solved!
