Hey guys, i just picked up my Verizon Samsung Galaxy S4 a couple of hours ago. I was testing the camera and when i try to focus it it starts buzzing loud and the picture is really fuzzy. Any suggestions?
It shouldn't do that return it, sounds like the focusing mechanism had it.

Hey guys, I just noticed that the camera sensor of my Verizon G2 seems to be off-center and I was wondering if anyone else's phone is like this. I got it on release day and never dropped or bumped it against anything. Is it really like this or am I just going cray cray?
Tried taking a picture of it, but it's a little more noticeable in person.

Mine is like this too. I wouldn't worry about it as it doesn't seem to have caused issues with the picture quality.
Okay, I'm glad it's not just me haha. Pictures do come out clear but I still wonder why it's like that. I wonder if it's just me and you who have this.
Hi guys,
Recently I bought a new LG G2. I noticed that camera lens is off center, close to right bottom edge. Please check the picture.
It seems to me the camera works fine, there are no shadows or artefacts on the photos. But it looks weird.
Do you think it might be a problem or that this can cause issues later because some parts in the phone body are misalligned?
Otherwise I'm happy with the phone, GPS works nice, it lasts for several days, charging is fast...
Thanks,
Petr
Hello
I recently bought used Galaxy S4 i9506. The problem is strange looking screen above Samsung logo, where sensors and front cam are located.
It looks like different color under glass, I'm not sure but rather it's not an air, cause nothing happens when I press/squeeze it.
It's only visible in very bright light, I've noticed it few days after receiving in when there was a sunny day.
Could You take a look at pictures I made with DSLR. What do You think? Is it normal?
Not normal. I suspect the previous owner replaced the glass with a cheap (i.e. fake) substitute.
Hi, last couple of weeks I purchased 3 galaxy s7 edge's from which only one had the front facing camera clear and very sharp, the other 2 were very blurry whenever i tried to take pics with it, yes the beautifying mode was off. I think its a hardware problem with the phones. Try to hold a text or with large or small letters and take a pic with your phone if its blurry then your phone has a defective front camera . Please check.
Went to T-Mobile store today and checked the front cam side by side one with s7 one with edge. And turns out my phone was defective. Those 2 phones were taking sharper pictures. So i exchange with another one and this one is perfect. So its not software related, it is hardware.
Hi all. I was wondering if it is user error or maybe a known problem that will require an update. I was snapping pics last night in a poorly lit room for some electronic drums that I am selling and I tried auto mode, wide angle, standard, and manual with all settings on auto and I had to use the pics that I took with my old Nexus 6 becuase the quality of pics from the G6 was soooo poor, really terrible. About the only good results I got were with pop out mode (I may be confused about the name of that mode)
Funny, I was thinking about upgrading my N6 primarily because of the camera but that won't be happening until I figure this out. The G6 is my wifes but I wanted to see how it would perform. The biggest problem was the flash produced an incredible amount of light on the edges or sides of the pics. Really extreme, couldn't be edited out.
Open to suggestions or wondering if this is a known issue.
Thanks
