if you read blefish's twitter, he did explain how by proof of concept it can work, or it has actually worked. But i remember that also mentioned that he has not thoroughly tested it.

Though I have fixed mobile network, and I get more signals than in Aurora! Next, I will fix Camera, then Bluetooth, after that wifi.

Yes, I wanted to checkout the new phone security encryption, to see if it's working. As this seems to be the major new feature ICS is bringing to the table.

@Mods - My apologies if this isn't allowed.
EDIT: Somebody beat me too it. My bad guys. I should have searched for "CM9" instead of "Cyanogen" before starting this post. Mods, feel free to delete if you wish.
This is for 7510 and if someone ested this already let us know if cam works
Sent from my GT-P7500 using xda premium
If you had bothered to follow the link you'd have read in the first few lines that the cam is NOT working and no support from them is provided. These all come from building from the same sources as the builds on here anyway. Why should anyone here even try it? :screwy:
If you see this it was sent using my GT-P7510.

I dont see why this one wouldnt.

That's probably the only difference, this is official. The kangs (usually) add other things they feel are necessary, while this build would be pure cm9 ics
What about the recovery.img at http://android.chemlab.org/snapshots/p4wifi/? is it the same version pershoot released some days ago? If I'm not mistaken, that version had minor problem when reading the storage folder list, right?
Did anyone here installed the recovery.img is able to confirm that?

Nope. And it's most likely not coming until Samsung officially releases the driver, or a full rom, from which the driver can be extracted from.

[NAND] JellyBean 4.1 Dump from Galaxy Nexus

Here's the Jelly Bean 4.1 NAND dump off a Galaxy Nexus. Anyone looking to try porting it to the Atrix?
[WARNING] DONOT Flash on Atrix - It is for Galaxy Nexus GSM! It's only for Developers to use.
This is not the official and final Jellybean edition; this is the preview build that was rolled out at Google I/O. There may be bugs, crashes, freezes, or other issues. The butter may leak out. Install at your own risk, and make sure to enjoy yourself when you do. This file is a nandroid, flashable through TWRP on GSM Galaxy Nexus.

Nice stuff, but unless we'll have drivers there will be many bugs...
is not just about new drivers, is a question about how to fix it without source access.
If some things i heard are true, once a device gets ICS, wont be hard of it getting JB on it either.
Edit:
it still a challenge tho, port a SDK system dump, or the GN's. may the Tech Gods watch over us in this quest.(lol)
SDK ports have never worked well. Source codes + proper drivers on the other hand...

I wasn't saying it can't be done, just that it won't run as well as one built from source. But by all means, please do try. If anything, the experience of getting it to run (or not) might help once the sources are out, not to mention the fun in trying.

MIUI: Wifi Issue EVO 4G

I installed MIUI for the first time in my EVO, and everything works great, but whenever I tap WiFi. It begins to enable, lingers for a minute and then eventually gives up. I can't enable WiFi.
Help Please.
I assume you installed MIUI android. If that is the case, it is a known issue being worked on. There is no fix as of yet.
