[Q] GE and lockscreen widgets

Hi,
I would like to use a few widgets on my lockscreen (clock, agenda, facebook, etc...) but Im dind find out how to put more then one of them on a lockscreen???
Im using the google 4.3 edition from jamal.

This should have been asked in the Q&A section so will probably be moved.
When at the lockscreen can you not drag the current widget down to maximise and then swipe to the right, you should then be able to tap a '+' icon to add a widget.

Notifications on lockscreen
Hey there,
I recently upgraded from the SGS3 to the SGS4.
I realize that everytime I get a new text message, I have to swipe across the lockscreen (the one with the clock) to get to the message notification widget. Thats seems a bit odd to me, coming from the notification bubbles on SGS3.
Is there a way I can get notification bubbles (I know its a long shot) or possibly the notification for a new message on the same lockscreen as the clock is?
I do not want two separate lockscreens for the clock and the notifications.
I tried deleting the clock lockscreen, but it just keeps coming back.
It seems like everytime I get a new message, I have no option but to have two lockscreens.
Is there a solutions to this ?

Im not sure if this is exactly what you're after, but go to the messaging app>settings, scroll down to near the bottom and check 'Preview message'. This should give you a preview of your received message that you can tap to take you straight to the messaging app.

4.4 KitKat launcher - statusbar and bottom are solid black instead of transparent

Hi everyone!
Yesterday i flashed the latest nightly of cm11 and omnirom to my friends S4 and in both i faced the same problem.
In the kitkat launcher the statusbar and the bottom of the screen are transparent but in both roms it was solid black.
Why is that? Is it a bug or did i do something wrong?
In my Galaxy Nexus statusbar and the bottom are transparent as it should.
How can i fix it?

they should be transparent and maybe the launcher may be incompatible on these roms
try it on another rom {a 4.2 one or 4.3 } and see if you have the same problem

Also, you could try a 3rd party launcher that supports the transparent status bar and see if it works or not. If it does, something is wrong with the launcher.
I do believe some early builds of custom roms did not have the transparent status bar ability yet, so you may want to try a newer build as well.

Galaxy S4 lockscreen help with xposed framework

Hi everyone,
i am hoping you can help me i been trying to see how to get my lockscreen to have the same features as this s5 lockscreen. see atached
i have installed xposed framework to get the camera, but for the life of me i can not get it have similar features.
I like the idea of the camera to swipe up from an app style like my iphone 5. instead of having to swipe from the left.
Also i have another issue is that my locks screen instally brings up the the screen to unlock rather than look like this s5 lockscreen.
mine is the darth vader lockscreen btw.
you ideas would be really good. to solve this.

Install a rom that have ported S5 lockscreen on it:laugh:

on pa 4.5 beta 2 since last week... some info required pls

hi guys!
im currently on pa 4.5 beta 2 on my nexus 5... been almost a week now...loving it!.. however my game "ruzzle" always crashes on startup (like 9.5 times out of 10...yes that frequently) and sometimes recents menu is blank...but when i touch the screen it shows me all my running apps..any work around for this? or is this happening coz im on beta version?
EDIT : i might have solved the recents problem by reseting preferences.. but time will tell
also 1 request pls... can u by any chance add the hover notification feature to show up on the lock screen aswell? am currently using xblast for this purpose but the entire ui of pa's hover notification is just classs!! ( when you have pattern lock you are not able to pull down notifications unless you unlock.. So with hover I can see in detail my notifications and choose whether I want to unlock to reply/view or not.

Clean Lockscreen for OOS?

Just a quick question.
Anybody know if there is a mod for OOS that removes the status bar in the lock screen and the quick launch camera thing and microphone at the bottom of the lockscreen. This kinda creates a pretty clean lockscreen which looks nice ?
