no it has to get themed, im considering doing it for the TMO if i get time. thats why im asking around.

but what it mean to get themed? you have to root device for this? or you can from google store or settings?

If u are using the stock S4 unrooted then u can't change the dialer unless u use a entirely different dialer thats themable like "exdialer", exidaler is available via Google play store.
if u root u can change the dialer color if someone releases a modded themed dialer which can normally be downloaded from xda but not Google play store.
I need the black dialer!! Seriously though. I hate the white dialer.

It won't work on att rom I have looked at the rogers one it has around 800 files that are different from the att one, and the att one has around 100 more files then the rogers one

I prefer the white dialer, contacts and messaging apps. Just wish settings were then same. Black crush with the dark menus is terrible.

Have you tried just giving it a shot and swapping it? I never compared the files, but I know it worked just fine on the skyrocket. For both the dialer and mms.

I tried with the mms didn't work but only used the apk didn't try replacing the .odex file also

I'm with you i hate the white dialer and white contacts. I loaded RocketDialer Pro and love the black contacts and Dial pad. I have that the white one kicks in after the call is initiated.
I wish some would figure out the Feature.xlm I cant seem to find a the setting to run it Black.
sounds like if someone was to make an app with the Samsung black dialer it would be successful :laugh:

Hey everyone, I just flashed CM11 and I'm lacking a nice wallpaper..I keep looking for some nice artwork or something to put but nothing seems to give my phone that perfect look.lol. I'm in need of someone who could maybe make me a custom wallpaper for my Galaxy S4 and Nexus 7(they both run CM11).
It should match the resolutions..so maybe 2 copies of the wallpaper. One that matches the S4 and the other that matches the Nexus 7(2013).
If someone could do this, I'd be very grateful. If you are able to, just comment on the thread or just DM me.

I was thinking maybe some that are "minimalistic". Like if you have ever watched any review videos by MKBHD, the style wallpapers he uses. I was also thinking maybe "tech"style wallpaper. Like maybe a circuit board type look or something.. As far as colors are concerned, I'm down for almost any colors.I wanna utilize the Super AMOLED display hahaha

I made this in photoshop. This looks awsome than ugly touchwiz. We cannot port sense, atleast we can theme please help.

Ya but i can create layout files but i need someone to help with theming. I need to develop this.
No one's interested. Seems everyone is happy with touch wiz. This is easy just need to change background and font color. Some one pls help.

You chose the wrong place for the post, Post it in Galaxy S4 themes and apps, there people interested in themes and theming will be present and may opt to collaborate with you.

Unfortunately no one to help. I must learn theming to make this work. Atleast anyone pls show me some helpfull tutorials.

You can change png from:res/drawable xxdpi.
Like changing the wifi icon etc....
And I can give you the sense 5 icon.
