When trying to connect my laptop to the interenet my computer connects to the phone but I get no Internet access.

Does anyone uses Slingbox app on this phone? I can only connect on Wi-Fi. The app says it will work on 3G 4G and Wi-Fi. Is there some setting that I'm missing?

I cant seem to connect to my university network. It uses peap mschapv2. The bssid is not hidden.
