Maybe this will help,
Go into settings -> More -> Developer Option -> Verify apps via USB, make sure it is uncheked.
Hopefuly that's the problem.

Thanks dude, I think I found the answer... Deleting the knox. Apk oder, etc and renaming a few files in root/data/data did it... It's been a while and the message hasn't come up
But again thank for your suggestion

Like I said in the cf-auto root thread, you need to read djembey's root thread as it tells you how to do it in there. Seems you've seen it now.

nEED TESTER

I build a new rom but need testers please pm me
STOCK BASE ROM NO KNOX WITH A FEW TWEAKS
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0VaOIBC9gcRUTcxNDBVM3QtYk0/edit?usp=sharing
how about a little more info ?
I see a boot image in your rom.
my understanding is that is not needed with a locked bootloader and safestrap ?
I could be wrong
I'll gladly test out your Rom...Once you provide some more information and screenshot... testing is great ...Being a Guinea pig left completely in the dark, with nothing but a link to a gig or more file, is a bit shady.... Especially for a device like att note 3 which cannot use aroma, and has enforced selinux.
Mega
I wouldn't test anything. ..be careful. .lol
Many ROM
Few Tweaks
Little Knox
Such test

when will be possible to root our devices? is there anyone working on this issue? I'm ready to donate (i'm sure lot of ppl ready) may be we can support developer?
I have my doubt's anyone is working on root for this device. Right now people should be waiting for the next big exploit that will root many devices.

"Stagefright" System Update

This popped up yesterday ... I'm about to do the update. We'll see if I lose root or if anything else goes weird.
Anyone else get this?

I'm just running a rooted stock build of OD2 5.0.1

Found this on Sprint's site ..

Patch for critical security vulnerability ('Stagefright')

I'm also rooted and stock rom 0d2 with the notification for.this update. Did it install fine with no issues with root? I'm getting sick of the notification and want to update, is there a flash available? BTW I'm using SPH-L720.

Riddance of 'System update downloaded'

Does anyone have a working method of getting rid of this?
I've tried a few suggestions from around the Web but no luck.
Really irritating. Any alternative way to install it with TWRP?

Just a security update unfortunately, but haven't a clue how to get rid of it. I'd like to install it, but can't with root.

Nothing you can do, the price we pay for being rooted
If you just want to get rid of the annoying notification message then go to Settings >> Notifications >>> Select show system apps under menu >>> Google Services Framework >> Toggle all notifications to off.
You can manually update to the latest version without wiping your data. You will need to already have an unlocked bootloader though and will need to re-rrot. Instructions can be found in http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-6p/general/guides-how-to-guides-beginners-t3206928
