Hi
This may sound like a stupid question, but does anyone know how to add words to t9 dictionary which do not exist.
Any help would be great
Thanks
I use 'Word completion dictionary editor'. It's very simple to use...
Hi all
I've installed the Word completion dictionary editor, and I can see there the new words I typed, but those new words do not appear, as sugestions, when I use the "phone pad" input method... but if I use the standard keyboard input method those words do appear as sugestions.
Any clues?
Regards, Antonio
Is it possible to add Lithuanian DICTIONARY and Lithuanian keyboard layout switcheable possibility?
I need these letters:
ąčęėįšųū90ž
ĄČĘĖĮŠŲŪ()Ž
1234567890
Now, I just don't use them when typing, chatting, etc., but when I am adding a contact or sth, I have to manually copy&paste them into the fields..
I don't think that you can add keys to the built-in keyboard, but you can use other keyboards, e.g. anysoftkeyboard.
That keyboard is open source and the author is very helpful to add new keyboard layouts. See http://code.google.com/p/softkeyboard/. Ah, apparently a Lithuanian/Latvian layout is already being worked on, see http://code.google.com/p/softkeyboard/issues/detail?id=142.
Hi all,
Is there any way to "batch edit" the user dictionary?
I want to add a whole list of words, even an entire new language, without having to do it word by word via settings->language and keyboards->user dictionary.
I want to do this because I often text and type in 2 (or more) languages, so I don't wanna change the phone locale.
Thanks for any help.
i want to add my whole local dictionary to the android keyboard dictionary. I hope, this applies to 3rd party keyboards like Swype.
How do I add a massive list of words to the keyboard dictionary?
is there some way to edit/add/delete items from the user dictionary when using the samsung keyboard?
i like that it has a phonepad type keyboard (i abhor qwerty pads and they crazy tiny keys)
but there is no option in the language/input settings for user or personal dictionary like older samsungs had and other keyboards have.
i know how to add words with the press/hold/swipe method while in the keyboard which is fine for adding new words but it makes lots of suggestions that i didn't enter. in my s3, and previous android phones i could occasionally go into the dictionary and remove out the erroneous entries but the s5 seems to be missing this ability
any help?
thanks in advance
