Hello,
Just got my Galaxy S4 - I have purchased it via ebay and got it delivered to me by a friends returning from New York.
The device worked perfectly fine for about 18 hours, but then it just went crazy on me.
Screen started to stutter, touchscreen was not responsive anymore and basically the device is not fucntional.
I have tried to enter recovery mode and reset to factory settings, but even then the screen does the same thins as mentioned before and the device just rebooted.
I'm attaching a video to show my problem:
Does anyone know if theres an international warranty for the Galaxy S4?
Any ideas for a solution will be appreciated
Thank you!
So, I purchased a galaxy S7 (G935F) that turned out to be locked to a google account that the seller claims to have no details of. I have already paid for the phone and would not get the money back. I am now stuck with this phone that keeps on asking for the stupid google account details without which it would not let me use the phone. I have tried looking everywhere on the internet and came to the conclusion that I need to reset or bypass factory reset protection (FRP) in order for me to able to use the phone. Xda senior and expert my last hope to get solution here. I request to all expert pls help I love my phone and don't want to lost my phone.. last 3 month I am searching for this solution but no success. :crying:
Family member just passed away and his wife is trying to get to the contacts in his phone to let his friends and acquaintances know. Phone is locked with a Number passcode. Doesn't know if he had Google Account and I've seen some tutorials on unlocking the phone using SDK or even Odin having rooted my own phone before and change OS. BUt know him and his age, the phone has never been modified and developer tools has never been enabled. Do i just really need to download some custom recovery and flash that recovery on phone with ODIN to be able to access the contact list or just remove the Lock feature. They're contacting Verizon to see if they can help but if i can get into phone for them it would be a great help.
Carrier:Verizon
Phone: Samsung Galaxy S4
Model: SCH-i545
I know this sounds suspect and people maybe be hesitant to help thinking i have a stolen phone but i can reassure you that it's not the situation and you'de be doing a great service to my aunt who's trying to get things arranged and people notified of her husband's death. Anything i can do to prove it i would gladly do so. I've been researching how to do this myself and unfortunately I don't know if its possible on a Stock Verizon, Unrooted, Smasung Galaxy S4 SCH-i545. Dont want to accidentally wipe this phone and lose the contacts, pictures and videos on the phone. So like i said anything i can do to prove this is isnt bull**** id gladily do.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Greetings,
I've been on these forums before, not officially, but have used these forums for help. At this time I can't find anything that has been of any help and I'm quite new to Samsung devices, primarily have always had HTC one iPhones. The problem I bring to you is a Sprint variant Samsung S6 Edge that is Google locked, in short FRP locked. I've tried using Real-Term or even the Side Sync with no success at all, but it seems to be working for everyone else. The exact model number is: SM-G925P. It's been a headache these past few hours trying to get around it, but I've had no success. If I use Odin I've only gotten a fail error when trying to flash anything, even following the exact steps. I heard about z3x, but I am not familiar with it. Any help getting around this will be greatly appreciated.
Hello dear people from the all knowing android community,
Today I fixed my old phone (galaxy s6 edge plus) by exchanging the battery myself (ty youtube). I wanted to do so to get back some old pictures from a brighter time & to maybe check if I still have logged in on some accounts there. I am pretty sure my fingerprint is still in the system but since its rebooted I have to use the pincode again.. Its been 3 years and I tried every combo I could think of but no success.. Anyone knows if its possible to bypass the pincode?
I'm eager to hear from you all
Regards, Ezra
