Anyone else experience horrible quality while in a call through the earpiece speaker as if the speaker is blown

Just noticed this for the first time a few hours ago. It is especially bad when talking to a man with a deeper voice. I'm headed off to AT&T tomorrow to try and get a replacement. I suggest you do the same.

I had this issue with my S3 within two weeks of ownership. Took it back to RadioShack...got a brand new replacement.

Hello guys, i currently noticed when i press at the top of the phone (right about where the canceling mic is) it makes a crack sound, like if top part of the galaxy note 2 is a little flemsy. Can anybody try and let me know if your noteII makes any type of noise when you press at the top of the phone?

It looks like the sound of the legendary Samsung build quality.
I suggest you go to your service center and have the people check it out for you.

um....this wont stop me buying it.lol
Mine had a 1mm gap between the bezel and the screen near the power button. I took it back to the supplier, they gave it a push and it locked back in.
I felt like a twit
Not noises on mine.

The speakers holes+rain...easier to get water damage?
Sent from my HTC One using xda app-developers app
I wouldn't think so as my DHD had holes on the speaker and I have never had the problem. However the holes were a lot smaller but I still highly doubt it.
Well lets hope so eh lol

Anybody having same problem? When I'm on WiFi calling, the sound doesn't sound right, but when I'm on regular data, sounds perfect. Anybody having this problem?

Getting this problem too

I've been on T Mobile only a couple of months but my experiences with wifi calling on three different devices including the HTC One, has always been choppy and poor.

Haha! Yes it was cheesy, but I'll accept your reply. Simply because I have the black one.

I stay using WiFi calling and I don't have any issues. No disrespect to anyone here but it could be your wireless router causing the issue.
Sent from my LG-D801 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
Mine was a little choppy too. At home, at work, or at work office (all 3 with different locations and different routers). So I just turned it off..
Sent from my LG-D801
Not choppy but robotic /digitized. Works though

Call and complain, I did just that today as the G2 is a replacement for an Amaze 4G that is actually worse. And the corporate store has a restocking fee of $50. And I rather like this phone.

I get choppy digitized audio on Wi-Fi calling. I've just accepted it as normal. It isn't a deal breaker
I just consider it an "if all else fails" type of thing since the quality is so poor. I wonder how much less radiation the phone puts out though.

WiFi Calling drops within 5 minutes
I have been searching all the forums for any info on this. I saw one post earlier, but it seems to have been removed. It showed a specific setting for un-checking router re-checks. I can't find the setting on LG G2. My problem:
Had an HTC One S. It never woke up with WiFi calling enabled, huge problem. Went to the LG G2, wakes up perfectly but after a few minutes (.30 to 7 min) it drops the call. All new WiFi hardware and I still get drops. 7 different calls with tech support, even changed the SIM to the one that came with the phone. There's a trouble ticket in. Hope it actually gets to LG.
More times than most, the upgrade/tweaking of the radio are the last of the updates the put out. For this...I would pay whatever the bounty is on this, now. Just get it Fixed!!!
off rant
My nexus 4 was bought about 3 months ago. Which I've always had some call dropped and loss of signal and WiFi random dropped.
No matter what kernel or ROM I use. Spend a couple of months testing
Now about 1week ago I dropped my phone and a bit of the chrome bezel has came off apart from that it's in perfect condition.
Could I still RMA the device? UK
Sent from my Nexus 4 using xda app-developers app
Would this get RMA rejected? It over heats and when it does it losses signal.

Hello friends, I recently got my G2. When I used the earphones, the quadbeat 2, I was experiencing channel imbalance. The left side was always louder then the right. I was wondering if everyone is experiencing the same thing, or is my earphones spoilt?
Sent from my LG-D802 using Tapatalk
louder
for me the right one is louder than the left one but idk what's the problem
Wait. Wtf? Mine didn't come with headphones
