Please bring back Torch.apk to Rom cm-10-20130507-NIGHTLY-mb526.zip
Install Tiny flashlight from Play Store. it's better than Stock JB flashlight. It has some nice features like screen as flashlight (white display on max brigthness).

Tesla LED's a worthy alternative, too.

I have a strange problem here with my Nexus 10 and searching for people with the same one.
The first one is, it reboots itself every hour. When I'm surfing, emailing, no matter what I'm doing with it.
The other is, it reboots itself even when don't touch it. It lays next to me on the kitchen table in stand bye. Display if off. I see something flicker and look at the nexus and what I see is the nexus logo. Just rebooted itself.
Does anyone have these problems too? Its really annoying...
I have the latest firmware and I'm rooted with stock android.
I havnt install clockworkmod directly, I have to boot it every time vie fast boot.
So what could it be? Any suggestions?

Could be some application which is incompatible with 4.2 or something , it might crash or cause a reboot in your case . I've seen somewhere that HD widgets or something like that can cause a reboot. Try to remember which apps you've downloaded recently ,or in the time frame when your reboots started to happen. Try to delete them or disable in options to see if it's a source of issue

HD Widgets... OK I use this
So, will try to delete this and will look forward. Would be sad when it rely to it because I like it very much.

Also try to flick through Q&A section of forum , there is a topic where your problem is discussed , seems like a lot of affected , might be also a 4.2 issue as it's not polished yet .

I haven't been getting any reboots at all and I to have HD Widgets installed.

I had one reboot yesterday using pdg gold. The app isn't the best and on every device I've used, it's rather slow swiping between notes. I turned on force gpu and it instantly speed up. Same with using adobe reader. Perhaps some sort of instability forcing GPU on the app caused it. That has been the only reboot I've had since receiving the device.
There's an ongoing discussion of this in the Q&A section:

Don't see a forum yet for this. I'm confused on something. How will the mini have the active display if the screen is tft instead of amoled??? Won't that destroy the battery?
Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk 2
I'm hoping it's a mistake and that the mini has AMOLED like the other two.

definitely doesnt
So its basically a downgrade when it comes to the screen.
bump.........
But Lcd means less battery drain than amoled display

Sounds like the Mini has an LED indicator (old school) and the active display isn't as "prevalent" as on the other devices.

What do you mean about active display prevalent?
Inviato dal mio GT-I9100 usando Tapatalk 4
It will not light up regularly or breath it sounds like. The led will tell you a notification exists and then you have to nudge the phone
Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk 2
But do you think is a bad thing not have active display prevalent?
For battery life is better led notification and tft display...

Led plus tft doing anything is way worse than amoled doing small number of pixels more frequently

can you make an example?
my motorola defy+ has tft display and led notification, and my galaxy S2 has amoled display and no led notifications...
in silent mode i have to turn on the s3 display to see notifiations or if i use an app like NO LED it's a big battery drain...
in the defy+ i can set led color for every notification, green for whatsup, red for sms, blu for facebook, yellow for missing calls...

You are comparing something incomparable. It sounds like on the X or Ultra, the active display breathes regularly etc. On the mini, the screwed up sticking with tft and so they just have the led fire to led you know there is an active display notification pending
Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk 2
so with led there is a less battery drain than active display breathes... do you think?
hey guys. i have set up purple color for incoming whatsapp messages. so when a new message comes, the led color is red and switches then to purple color. is there a working solution for this? I'm using a free s7 edge in germany with stock rooted dbt firmware...

I have the same problem. I hate it. On my Note 4 white is white!

I hope it won't be only a Note 7 Grace UX Port. Android 7 has some cool new features (for example notifications) which I hope will be implemented accurately.

Hmmm, i don't know. From the screenshots ive seen from the nexus or the pixel, 7.0 looks a lot like nova launcher imo. Not a big fan of it but don't hate it. Not familiar with the notifications you speak of. Will have to look into it.
Will be another TouchWiz iteration. Nothing more, nothing less.
Don't expect Nova like or similar resemblance

Samsung said will be the exact same UI on the note 7 what we will get, like am onth ago, when confirmed what devices where getting nougat
We'll get the notifications and everything from 7.0 but skinned with the Grace UX from the Note 7.
I hope they make the quicksettings smaller like on stock 7.0

Couldn't find an option in kernel manager to show charging ma on lock screen. It can show in the app in charging options. Can you guide please?
Thanks
