I just buy the Usb-otg-cable from ebay witch it work fine with Ubuntu in Hd2 .But in Andriod in use this zimage Zimage to have it work for Driver .When i put usb-flash-drive in the terminal it said usb-flash-drive connected .but i can not access file on it because it doesn't mount yet.So i need the detail processor. how to use the usb-host in andriod on hd2. which kernal i need to use ?. Which software or command i need to use to access my file in my usb-Flash-Drive? or Another Usb Device on Android

I know it's a dated thread, but we know now that android is able to have Usb OTG as seen in SG2...we know also that Hd2 have the needed hardware so...someone know more in order to reach this new implementation for our Leo?
It would be great to use it on HD2.

this might be a stupid question, but when I connect my X5 with a USB cable to my pc, and push the button "Turn on USB storage" nothing happens.
No drive letters or anything appears ( Pc XP, Android version 2.2.1 , build: U8800V100R001C00B136 )
For now I transfer pictures with the program Hi Suite ( that works fine ) so I think I have the correct drivers, ... ?
I know there are ftp programma's where I can transfer my data with, but I want to use my phone as a USB mass-storage, any suggestions or apps that I can use to fix this?

Bumping, as I am looking too for a way to run this. There is no clear info about USB host support on this forum.
And USB Host IS POSSIBLE in HD2 as hardware supports it, probably with OTG mode. We need a working kernel, or just some info how to run it.
