Hello, i thinking if someone can help me.. i succesfully changed those battery icons to SystemUI.apk but that battery is not in 1% procent..
i also changed that stat_sys_battery.xml and stat_sys_battery_charge.xml.. but this not helped either..
then i tried add those lines to public.xml but then it says that those are not decleared... okay.. we just need working apktools..
i can decompile systemUI.apk, but when i compile it back, its only 1,9mb.. before that it was 2.7mb.. so thats the problem.
so how i can get it working?
A while ago, somebody in the MOAR thread asked about battery animations. I decided to make a few with a how to. Hopefully this will help you. If not, upload your systemUI.apk, framework-res.apk, and twframework-apk, and I can try compiling it for you.

Hi all
I am searching for the website where I could create a battery mod by myself, by submitting my own files.
Thanks
Nico
UOT Kitchen will allow you to pick from their files to make a flashable mod. If you want to design your own icons for everything, just pull the necessary apks and decompile them yourself.

I'm currently working on a Honeycomb theme for ICS. I really prefer HC's UI style but I still want the features of ICS. I'm running into some obstacles though.
I'm directly modifying SystemUI.apk and framework-res.apk. Is there a better way than this?
9-patch PNGs are giving me issues. I've figured out how to use draw9patch but I can't get the PNGs to compile properly. I need one for the notification clock panel but I can't figure out how the 9-patch should be because I can't decompile either.
I've searched for about 3 days but I can't find help on how to decomiple and then recompile ICS APKs with apktool. Does anyone have a good source?
Would anyone else be interested in this mod? I'll try to figure out how to make a CWM ZIP if there's demand.

Pm me , I can give you my work shop that I setup for Ics.
And there is a better draw 9 patch tool , but it is not free.
But I gotta tell you now, I can help but I won't hold your hand with every step.
Don't have the time and the time I got goes to the theme building for flexreaper.
Hello,
I tried reading some tutorials to make swipe to remove notifications for my status bar. But Im always getting FC's even I implement it correctly. Im not sure what went wrong, I tried multiple times but could not do it.
Heres my framework-res.apk, framework.jar and system UI link:

I would appreciate if anyone can add it to my status bar or provide a appropriate tutorial so that I can do it myself.
Thanks for your time.

Sorry, but you can't ask support for banned roms. BTW, you must edit some lines in androidpolicy.jar or say goodbye to your rom.

Well thanks for the answer. Goodbye banned rom
Back in time when I used to have a Gnex I used to create something like this for the PA rom by extracting systemui apk and , decompiling , editing and recompiling it.
But unfortunately now after upgrading to Nexus 4 whenever I attempt to do this I always get a bootloop.
Can anyone create a same mod for this rom ? http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2469284
The mod I am talking about is this. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2377966&highlight=battery+mod
Only the % battery one.

U want a porcentage battery icon? Just that?
Yeap. Its super handy and useful to me, I dont know why PA has always declined to do it although they always include a circle battery.
