Any ideas on keeping dust off of it? It builds up on the corners of my case + screen because its attracted to my screen. I'm assuming from static but I'm not sure. Dust hates me.

Do you have dirty pockets?
Yeah, the N4's naked screen really attracts dust for some reason unknown to me. None of my other phones have done it. I think it's probably because of some property of the oleophobic coating. Thankfully it wipes off pretty easily.

But no! While putting it in I pushed on the glass too hard and the glass cracked! T.T
Is a replacement glass possible? Sigh~

I don't know but look at this thread. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1855934
On the left side?
Bottom right. On the bright side, if there is any, the crack is on the bezel..Sigh..
Not cool... Something is seriously wrong with the Nexus 7, 2 times I've seen people broke their display by dropping "3 feet onto carpet".
You shouldn't be able to break the display just by pressing on it, even firmly.
I am debating whether to use a screen protector....
No, not a single one. And I use my N7 on a daily basis (since mid July) without a screen protector.
Just get good cover for the N7 (LuvTab, Poetic, etc.) and you'll be perfectly fine.
No, but I am pretty careful with it. My phone has gorilla glass and I have a scratch on that. It aint scratch proof.
Some fine scratches that are only noticeable when the screen is off and at an angle, so nothing to worry about too much. I refuse to use protection

Had a screen protector on, looked terrible. Now I'm using it naked, but with a pouch.
No scratches yet,it's been several weeks.
I don't know but I actually prefer the look of my screen with a matte SP on. I also love the feel and the lack of fingerprints. My N7 was stolen yesterday and I bought a new one. I had a SGP Matte Ultra Fine protector on it and it is sorely missed after using the stock glass.
The fingerprints are the worst and I hate how after playing a game with a D-pad for a few, the area under your thumb starts to get tacky and hard to slide. I'm having to constantly wipe it down. I'm putting another one on there ASAP.

I hate protection...for both me and my nexus!! Raw just feels so much better!!!

The glass material of the screen seems to be reliable.
My N7 previously has a AG screen-protector, but then I removed it So far there are no scratches, but probably because it is protected by a case with smart cover.
If being afraid of any scratches that N7 may have, I would suggest an AR screen-protector. Try it.
No scratches on mine. It was also over a full month before I purchased a case.
What can you do to get rid of scratches if you get them or can you?

Is anyone finding that there cases are scratching the hell out of the bezel?

No but the asphalt that I dropped mine on did a good job

Nope. I have three different kinds of cases and they all do their job pretty well. I guess it just depends on which case you use.
Using a Diztronic case since December and have no problem with the bezel getting scratched.
My bezel is getting scratched just by being my pocket!!! I've never put anything my pocket besides the phone not have I ever put the phone with the screen facing down.

Using the LG bumper, no scratches

I use a diztronic case and official bumper. My bezel looks like hell. I work outside and my pockets get a lot of grit in them throughout the day.

I'm using the diztronic tpu case since jan and my bezel has a good amount of scratches too :/
Used the Diztronic TPU case for 2 weeks and got a ton of scratches on the bezel on the top end and bottom end of the phone; had none before, and haven't gotten any more after.
Not the case's fault per say, but the "chrome" finish scratches very easily, so if an otherwise harmless bit of grit gets trapped between the case and the bezel it gets it's sandpaper action on.

Its like the case is trapping dirt and its then scratching it

Every tpu / hard case I have ever had has scratched the bezel in one way or another, however not as much as if it wasn't on there, as others said grit/muck/dust gets trapped between the phone and the case, as the cases are pretty tight but can move (i.e. if you squeeze the sides of the case with a tpu case) and this cuases the sratches. I use the Official bumper and have had no problems on the N4, but I take it off and clean it/the phone pretty regularly, however the the design of the bumper means the upper rim of the case is lifted off the screen/bezel by 0.5-1 mm.
Best way to combat this is to give it a quick clean every day, but even then it will still happen.
I'm using a Kayscase which I ordered before they were completely stocked -- I tell you this because the case has no logo. I ordered another case by BoxWave (the Blackout LG Nexus case) -- it turned out to be the exact same case as the Kayscase (Slim Soft Gel Cover). They seem to do an excellent job of keeping the Nexus 4 scratch-free (face, back and bezel). I like this case because it's unobtrusive and allows me to lay the phone face down on flat surfaces.
Hi,
My phone Just felt on the ground, and there is now some scratchs on the screen... These are micro scratches, but i would like to know if any of you have some tips for remove them... Thanks in advance
Sent from my Nexus 4 using xda app-developers app
You can not remove them but you can install a good screen protector to hide the scratches.

I've ordered this one http://www.gadgetshieldz.in/google-lg-nexus-4-e960-screen-protector.html#product498 and the Ringke Fusion Case... I hope these are good products, because the case i have right now is really bad, it dropped the phone before my n4 hit the ground...

Their not really removable. Other than buying a new screen an digitizer, you're stuck with them.
If they are really really tiny surface scratches, I wonder if using that oleophobic stuff from amazon would fill them in. Seeing as the phone comes with an oleophobic coating, I wonder if that's all that got scratched. If someone has an old junk phone, I'd be curious to know if that windshield chip repair stuff would do anything.

That stuff for windshields is an epoxy, which would not look good on a phone screen. The olelophobic stuff from amazon would be worth a try.

Guys, I got my nexus 4 a few days ago any it's been awesome!! Today I dropped my phone any it got scratched!! The scratch is slightly noticeable when the screen is on and very bright! I can also see a rainbowish effect (very very small) when the screen is on!! Is there any way to hide this scratch!! Please please help me out!!! Thank you!!

Don`t think you can hide it with a screen protector, but you could try. Maybe it will look a bit better. Best way would be to have the screen replaced. Didn`t you use a case or bumper? It is a glassy phone proned to shatter on impact.
Did you even try Google? If it's not as bad as the one in the linked guide, just cover it with a scratch protector and you won't be able to notice it.
Alright, I am using a poetic borderline with my nexus, I ordered a nillkin screen protector... Hope it works!!!

Okay, the screen protector turned out to be matte and it just made the scratch look worse. Ordering a wet install screen protector soon.. Any idea if they will work?? I can feel the scratch when I run my finger nails over it and it is clearly visible outdoors!!
