There's an xposed module (Samsung Multiple Widgets) to allow for widgets with a secure lock screen. I use a pattern lock and it works. Should be the same for pins.

I tried it with a pin lock and it still works.
You need to be rooted and you install the Xposed framework + the Samsung multiple widget module.
There are many guides on how to root your device, but chances are that if you're work wants your device to be secure, they won't allow you to root...
Hope that helps.

When you have pin on lockscreen all widgets on lockscreen are disabled, alternative would be getting widget locket (it's a paid app),add widgets you want and when you unlock your phone via widget locker you can still have your stock lockscreen show up with pin.So you got widgets plus secure phone, that's the only solution for now
So when I first put that widget on my screen, it was all fine but then it stopped showing the actual weather and it looks like this:

Any idea how to fix it?

Enable location again as this and internet are the two things needed for the weather plug-in to work. If enabling location don`t fix the issue please restart your phone and please also add the weather widget to some home screen though.
My location was enabled but I disabled it and enabled it again, it's set on high accuracy right now. Didn't fix the problem. Restarting also didn't fix the problem. After adding the widget to the screen again, it still only shows the clock and the date

And you are sure this is the weather widget not the clock one ?
I am grabbing the weather widget shown on the first picture, putting it on the screen and then it actually looks like the one on the second picture

Work with net no gps
Weather not showing on my lock screen. I have put a tick in the settings to show it, but it is only showing the clock.
Any Ideas?
I think you have to add the weather widget first into your screen

What if i'm using Nova?
I'm not using nova...but I am pretty sure you can place the weather widget on the home screen.
Edit: I am using go launcher, it works. So it should work on nova too.

Setting-lock screen-additional information- make sure weather is checked.
And make sure weather widget is actually showing the weather of a place you selected.
