I have read in a few of pages some rumours about the Google I/O conference taking place from 15th to 17th May...
It´s been said that the Nexus 4 16Gb could see its price reduced to 299 euros and the 8gb model could just disappear as well as a new 32Gb with LTE would come out.
I´am thinking of buying a N4 16gb,what do you think? should I wait until that date to see if those romours come true or these are just fake rumours?

I paid 349 euro`s at the MedaiMarkt Germany for my 16GB model. So that is a very good price, i would buy it and in 6 months the N5 will be released.

Here's a question I have for people. Has anyone, since December 10th, dont a warranty replacement for their 16gb Nexus 4's? I did one but have not yet received any notification that my replacement phone is going to ship anytime soon.
This paired with the fact that the 8gb Nexus 4 is not listed as being available where the 16gb is and you'd think if they were expecting more stock they'd still take orders just push the date back like they did with the 16gb.
Here's my pipe dream of a hope: do you think this might mean, due to the overwhelming popularity and demand, they are going to phase out the 8gb N4, drop the price down so 16gb is the price of 8gb and a new 32gb would be price of 16gb and therefore they'd be waiting for the new 32gb models to roll off the manufacturing line to send out the new 32gb replacements to the 16gb RMA's and give a $50 credit to everyone else?
This is me being truly optimistic and hopeful but I can't imagine if they give me 21 days to return the defective phone from the day that I ordered the new one that they wouldn't have planned on getting me the phone within that 21 days. If so, sucks for those who did not RMA their 16gb!
I don't think they'd that to be honest. A lot of people who already bought it would get mad, etc.

Is it going to be around $650 outright? I have a Nexus 4 which is on its way but might switch to the S4 if it's around $400
I doubt the SIV will be 400$
but hopefully less than 700 since that's my parents current budget lol

The auctions were UK and buy it now is US. I've heard GT-I9500 (these) were selling in China already.
Is the GS4 already a relative flop, compared to expectations ? More of an incremental upgrade from the S3 ? S3 will get many software features. Is no LTE an issue on International version ?
BTW, I've bought about 20 phones in the last few years, for app testing, and most were from EBay. China or Hong Kong are usually well priced sources for most phones these days. I usually buy from a vendor that has better ratings 99+% and charges $10 more though.

Here in Australia, the GS3 was close to 800 outright, so I assume the GS4 will be around that same price...

That's too cheap. The s3 was around 650 euros when it came out so that's about +750. If that's the price it's gonna sell very well

I drove to Bestbuy at Amherst, NY this morning as soon as I found out that they were in stock. I got the 1 of 4 32GB version that they had.
Just sold my Tab2 today. Cover half the cost of the 16GB, but I might hold out for the 32GB.
Good thing I drive by a Staples everyday to work. Come July 31st, I'm hoping to swing by there and pick one up.

AHh, so i guess create as much a stir as you can and sell tons of 16GB then you get people that want 32GB suckered in weeks later.

I wonder if the canadian play store will sell the 16 gb the same price, more expensive or cheaper than the best buy price.
I tried to pre order one to check the price and it was 289$, well 251$ plus the taxes.

Any rumours when we will be able to buy LG G2 32GB in Europe? Seems like US can get this smartphone this week, Cant find any proper details about Europe.
Only see "coming soon" on Clove UK tiny 16GB version for 468GBP and 32GB version on digitec.ch for 599 CHF which is 409GBP. No specific dates on both
Not interested in Korean version.

Hopefully, however quite a few retailers have put the price back up i, e John Lewis, and its only available from Amazon UK from 3rd party sellers.
Lets hope the 2014 Note 8 comes with some stellar specs.
