Why is the accessories section a broken link?
I think it just takes you to the main XDA Samsung Galaxy S4 Accessories forum since all S4 accessories should eb universal between all the various S4's out there...atleast thats where it takes me when I click on it.

but what he means, and i had this problems a few times too, is that sometimes that link says forum not found, but sometimes it works

I've read that there could possibly be a 1.4GHz S II, an NFC S II and a Tegra 2 S II. If there's gonna be a load of other models could this hamper external development for the current S II? If a newer version is released for the US then i guess all development will be on that version and hardware differences could mean incompatibility with the current model. What do you think? There are already Tegra 2 Models with a lesser quality screen.
NFC models were announced from the very beginning but no one has yet to see one, they are believed to be thicker. We have reason to believe that the NFC chips are actually present in all of our phones but are software disabled.
As for the 1.4ghz model, this is just pure rumour and speculation based on the industry expects samsung to do something to compete with the iphone 5. If the rumours turn out to be true then all they need is a firmware update to overclock our phones, it won't be a whole new model, more a new batch with latest firmware. I don't expect there to be a 1.4 model though, its not needed.
Can this thread be closed by a moderator as there is already a thread with the same subject matter as this one.
I hope that's the case. I can't find in depth details about the Tegra 2 model just speculation. Do you know the model number?

There's no Tegra 2 yet, and probably won't be at all.

I have read this a couple of times but have yet to see concrete evidence of a single Tegra 2 GS2.

The age old LCD screen quality is probably HIGHER than unproven sAmoled+. The screen technology is different, and screen contrast and saturation are "subpar" comparing to SAmoled+.

I got mine and I'm happy as could be with it. The biggie is the large screen. The S Note app is a lot of fun-I use my finger not the stylus.

I did that a week ago and I still don't know how to tell. I've heard you don't know till it's flashed???
Edit... It did the usual warning about custom software at first/ however so does the Verizon s4 which is locked. I don't know... Guess I'll find out on the 11th
I haven't heard anything about T-Mobile (or Sprint for that matter) locking down the bootloader.. this would be a first
I believe anand from anandtech said all USA versions will be locked. Don't know how he knew but sprint and T-Mobile were mentioned also. Damn shame. Samsung is gonna start bleeding market share. If I can get my hands on HTC M8 and reception is better than my note 3. The note3 is going on swappa and I am getting a gpe M8.

I too would love an answer to this question. Dev support will depend on it, remember how long it took to get a working device tree for the TMO Note 3?

If you'll notice he took a photo of that mode and posted it about 5 posts ago. Didn't know how to decipher the info. Bootloader is unlocked anyhow

The pic he posted is the same for all android phones. I guess we have to wait and see if it really is always listening even when the screen is off, not just locked.

Has anyone here received the new Edge Screen update for our phones? This new update lets us change the edge light color and pattern that most of us have been waiting for. I saw an article over at Phonearena that said you can just go into the Galaxy Apps store and update the app there. I have checked my own personal phone as well as 4 others and none seem to have this update.
Anyone here know what the deal is?

My phone got this update few days ago. It has a setting to choose basic color or make it a color of the app.
