Anyone know why when I have a stock wallpaper tha the notification bar is transparent (preferred) and when I select a picture from my gallery it then becomes solid black?
I would love to have a transparent bar permanent
I don't think it's necessarily transparent, but just adjusted for the stock wallpapers to look transparent. Kind of a disappointment IMHO.

Hi Ids there a mod to change the bluetooth - wifi - 4G - and battery indicator - signal

I just got my s4. And restored my apps from titanium and now my status bar is not transparent but gray/black life the way it was on my note 2. How can I get this back. I really like the transparent look.

Are you using a launcher other the default touchwiz launcher? nova has the option for transparent status bar , but it is very buggy!
Does anyone know the codes to get the lock screen status bar black instead of transparent?
I've been looking through the framework and I can't seem to figure out the bools.xml code.
It's frustrating me to death.
Questions should be in q&a, but I'll give you a start. It's in android.policy.jar..... keyguardviewmanager.smali

Haha that's funny, with my old phone I was doing everything I could to try to make my bar transparent, and when I got this phone I thought, yes, finally, and I don't need to tweak it for it to be transparent. Just goes to show you how much everyone really does like their own thing on these phones, good thing we have android.
