YES. Exactly. It's always the SMS messages I forget to back up or the contacts. Always. Then 30 mins later I'm finally restoring my second backup that I had switched to

World of Warcraft Android Authenticator problem
Yes, I made the mistake I never thought I would. I installed the Authenticator on my old Eclair ROM and attached it to my account. I flashed and brought my phone up to speed with DK28 and the Froyoness must have gone to my head because I forgot that I should've disattached the Authenticator first. I am now unable to log in to my Battle.net or WoW account. I am also waiting till Mammon pushes out the latest version of his ROM before I redownload the authenticator. Can I just redownload it to my phone again ? Or will I have to contact Blizzard about this ? Any help is appreciated thanx !
Contact blizz. Its not hard. I wiped my phone once without thinking about my authenticator and almost missed a lk raid rofl

Definitely call them, it will get fixed in 15 minutes vs weeks via email. Just tell them you had to do a hard reset on your phone and forgot to disable the authenticator first. Make sure you have one of your cd keys so they can make sure its realy your account. I didn't and they were still able to authenticate that I owned the account through my payment info and a discription of some of my main characters so it definitely best to call them

This is half the reason I reason I make cw backups lol. Not sure where blizzard stores the esn of the authenticator but titanium doesn't store it.
Just call. It's a 30 minute wait for a 2 min call. I've never forgotten since lol

Was this after a full data wipe? Because it has been confirmed that titanium doesn't store the esn for the authenticator. It is stored elsewhere in the system data.

Yeah, I just did it yesterday updating to the latest Nebula ROM. 3x wipe of data/cache/dalvik. I even did it a few weeks back on a freshly rooted new phone when my original was replaced for bad battery contacts.
I just download the app again from the market then restore data only from Titanium.
I would recommend keeping the serial number somewhere else safe though. From experience when I had the key fob authenticator, Blizzard is easier to deal with when you can give them the number.

Calling is definitely faster. I've managed to recover my account twice when flashing a ROM and forgetting that it would wipe out the authenticator. Just try and remember to remove it manually next time, saves so much hassle.
Call them though, email is not effective

[Q] Can a Nandroid backup be shared between 2 10.1 tablets

If I need to swap out my retail 10.1 can I load a Nandroid backup from the original one on it (after installing CWM)?
I think you can. Haven't tried it myself but I don't see why not.
I thought maybe there was some kind a special "key" for each one and since the nandroid is an image it might be a problem.
DONT DO IT! I had a nandroid of my Incredible on a SD CARD, phone broke so I loaded it onto a new one and BRICKED the new one!
If the hardware is the same then yes. I've shared nandroids between a bunch of nexus ones and nexus s with no problem.

Android Anonymous XDA Discussion Thread

This thread is for discussing all themes, mods and rom's made by Android Anonymous.
Our rom was not locked due to safety issues. It is perfectly fine to.flash.
I never accepted donations... I don't do it for money... and it is a pain to find and put all of that together with no issues manually if someone didn't put it in a 'rom'. There are alot if other rom development that do the same thing. I didn't bring any 'wonders' to the epic. People like the people you listed. I didn't know the kernel was part of a payed rom and neither did b-reezy. Someone else (unnamed) sent us a link to the rom without informing us it was donate ware. On a side fact, requiring money of a firmware based on a free os by Samsung and Google without proper permission would be illigal and since it is just a modified Samsung kernel without permissions to require money for the rom that contains it, it is technically free. But it wasnt do to anything about being donate-ware, it was due to with it cantaining a part of bonsai. Stop spamming the thread with this crap. I won't switch to a different kernel until ext4 is made by someone other than bonsai... Hopefully that clarifies it all.

Cant send txt messages

Well, figured I would ask you guys since sprint apparently gave up.
So, for about 6 hours now, I haven't been able to send or receive txts. It just says messag not sent in the notification bar, and failed under the message itself. I can still use phone, web, and email. So, I called sprint and they had me remove the battery and they reset the messaging or something, but that didn't work. Then they sent me to tech support, and they had me update profile like three times, but that didn't work. Then he tells me he would like to get his manager in on it, but he wasn't available at the time, so asked if he could call me back in like 20 minutes. I said sure, and even gave him the number to our other line to call me on, and that was about two hours ago. Still haven't heard back.
So, have any of you ever had this happen, and how did you fix it?
I'm currently on random rom phoenix with genocide 1.0, but I even tried flashing a couple different roms to see if maybe that was the problem, but had the same result. Txt messaging still broken.
Thank you for any help you can provide.

You are not using a task killer or clearing level 2 RAM are you? Have you tried GoSMS or Handcent to see if those work in order to narrow down the problem?
Had this happen on my Evo3d just 2 days ago.
Called up Sprint and had them refresh my text messaging. They basically just reset access to text messaging. It fixed it for me.
fail......odined to complete stock eco5, and still cant send or recieve txts. As usual, phone, web, and email all still work fine. Updated profile again also. I went into about phone, then status to check my prl (60681), and noticed for phone number it has my number, but in MSID it has a different phone number I have never heard of. Not sure if that would cause any problems, but I'm not even sure what MSID is either, or how that number would have gotten in there. strange. Guess I will just take it in to the store today.
EDIT......I just received at text right after posting this, but my reply failed. Maybe there is some kind of text outage in my area. That's what Sprint told me yesterday over the phone...lol They said it might only affect some phones, as my wife's phone works fine.

Had a mishap Saturday when I partitoned my SD card bout had a heart attack! Got recovered from that now I'm not nervous to try anything on my EVO!
That's normal, to be scared, partition takes some time to do its thing.. The one thing I have learned, is to never look at the clock when flashing.. Here are some tips, use armon-ra, partition, and flash Team Nocturnal shooter E3D port. It's amazing. Go to teamnocturnal.com and follow all the steps. GruesomeWolf has done an amazing job.
