Thank xda and Sorry for my Bad English
A sense ROM is one of the worst choices for playing games (no offense dungphp, I mean sense in general ).
Use ICS or JB as they have HWA.
Many Thanks

there is nothing called best rom over here... so you should probably trie out roms..but just for the sake of helping you out a bit ..i would say that in non sense roms ...i would go for HYPERDROID CM7 ......for SENSE ROM ...I WOULD GO FOR QUALIZ DHD build v1.2
TYFOON with Goluancher!!!
My rom. I'm almost done with it, and it is super fast and super light. It'll give you 1.8gb space for apps, and it is even faster than my cappy. I can play a 1080p youtube video and have 20 tabs open, and it'll be fine. I even played riptide thd with it, and it was super smooth. It has even 1080p video recording.
wait, this is the galaxy s 2. >.>

I installed MIUI by JAGUARALANI (SD VERSION).
This is fast and stable and has a beautiful appearance (IMHO)
Cheers..
If you want MIUI, I think "NDT MIUI Ginger" is a good one.
Hyperdroid cm7 !!!
Can anyone recommend a Sense rom that is suitable for everyday use?
With no glitches, camera fully working, fast and stable for EU HD2.
I have flashed some and haven't found any that are stable/free of glitches.
I am using Langthang's Miui rom which is amazing but I do like the way Sense roms look.
Team bludroids sense xl is the rom youre looking for buddy! its my daily = )

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1264828 Is easily the smoothest Sense 3.0 ROM I've used on my HD2. Once you apply the glitches fix, it's perfect. If you want 3.5, the Team Blue Droid as mentioned above is a very good choice. It worked just as well, I just like 3.0 over 3.5 a bit better.
do you know a rom that works good whit sense 3.5?

Okay, so after having tried out pretty much everything on my HD2, I've concluded:
You can't do much in WP7 besides the built-in functionality, and there are no apps for it
ICS isn't fast/stable enough yet due to lack of proper hardware acceleration
Sense 3.x is the same as ICS
I might upgrade to the Sensation
Meanwhile, I want to use something that's stable and fast, and based on Sense 2.x with Android 2.3. What do people think are my best options?
Thanks

+1 to this ..
And before somebody flames us, we are not lazy (right, ellisbodds? ) but we want those who tried lots of ROMs (sense 2 with gingerbread). We seek their advice.
Thank you.

Exactly, I've tried out loads of ROMs myself, just not many Sense 2 ROMs. So if someone posted asking what the best Sense 3.5 ROM might be, I would answer them.
with 2.3.3 use http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1197751 but dont upgrade to mark 0.2.0.. for photos u have to edit up buildprop and the device name..also flash the fix from the first post.. i will try http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1581249... if u wanna use android 2.2.2 with sense 2.0 try this
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1321039&highlight=sense+2+clk, and go to the ultimate post, take a look in my post when i say how to change kernel.. with hieros kernel this rom is uber fast and i have 5-7 mah with gsm, or 3-5 with 3g..

Thanks, I'll give the EVO 4G port a try first and report back
I think the fastest/most stable, are the AOSP roms. Like cyanogen, nightlies, those are amazing. And they have a lovely small system partition size allowing for more user data.
Hi all, I would like to know, if there's a finished project with HTC Sence 4 and ICS for HD2... Or any other Android 4 NAND version for HD2 that is the smoothest, fastest since now..
Thx in advance!

I've currently installed tytung's AOSP ICS ROM for HD2, I have some issues, but it's ok... Is there any possible way to combine Sense 3 - 3,5 with Android 4?? There are many new topics about Android 4 ROM's on HD2...
Thx again

As far as I know you can't just put Sense on an Android build, that simply isn't how it works (otherwise a tonne of people would have been doing it for a while now) and if you did manage to combine those, it wouldn't be usable with just 512mb of RAM anyway

The choice is up to you. My personal preference is CM7, but if you really want ICS then go for it I guess.
Its all based on what you want on your phone. Some people like sense, some like miui while others like cm7. Look at the videos on youtube and in the post of the ROM your looking at to try and get an idea of what you want on your phone. Not to complicate things but here is a list of around 300 Android ROMs for the HD2. Most are old but even many of the old ROMs still run great and are at least worth it to look at.
ok ty very much for the info!
I donwload AOKP for HD2 but not have a config for email ? (entreprise ou activesync) ! why ?
I'm using Tytungs CM9 ICS v1.5 rom as my daily rom. Had some problems initially (hot reboots once per day) but after upgrading CWM from 4 to 5.0.2.6 (not sure about exact number, the latest anyway) its been running smoothly with an occasional hot reboot. LOVE ICS, battery life is better than my old GB rom and data usage has reduced a lot.
It's no sense but you may like it

Hi m8!!
at the present there's only one ICS Sense Rom cooking, you may find it here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1544930
But there is a great ICS Rom available (AOKP aka IceCreamTosti) which is very smooth and stable that you can try to flash:

*sigh* read one of the billions of threads asking exactly the same question.
Currently the best ROM for gaming is any of the ICS ROMs with HWA. I haven't used them but everyone reports that those can play GTA3 flawlessly.

Flashed NexusHD2 last night and it is buttery smooth, no issues whatsoever here
I've tried tytung's Rom a few months ago...without the new hwa feature..and it was quite good. tytung gives a good support so I think that all the little bugs are quickly fixed.
Search the thread for bugs and if they don't bother you..just flash it.
I think no rom is without bugs
Any ICS rom with HWA its better then all GB roms for games.
