HTC One Developer Edition (64 GB)
Stock NAND Backup Image (NANDROID)
CID: BS_US001
Version: 1.29.1540.3
This is an original, untouched NANDROID Backup created before first boot via CWM Recovery. If you restore this Image via Recovery, you will get back to the factory state of your HTC One Developers Edition. Restore this if you want a factory fresh system back on your device.
Do not restore on other devices, flashing/using this image on your own risk. By restoring, you will lose all existing data on your phone (since system, data, boot partitions are overwritten).
Instructions:
Install CWM Recovery if you don't have it yet: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2173863
Download and unpack the archives. Copy the it to the HTC_One_Dev_Edition_Stock_NANDROID_1.29.1540.3 Folder to /sdcard/clockworkmod/backups/ folder of your One.
Reboot your phone to the bootloader and enter RECOVERY
Select Backup & Restore
Select Restore and the HTC_One_Dev_Edition_Stock_NANDROID_1.29.1540.3 folder. You can select Advanced Restore if you want to recover specific partitions only.
Confirm, wait and reboot. Your factory state has been recovered.

Dang... could have used this yesterday! No worries... I just adb sideloaded a ROM and flashed that.
For those wondering... I wiped data, cache, dalvik, system, and was about to flash but decided hey! I'll completely wipe the user data too! Get a nice fresh start! Yeah... I deleted the ROM. And my backup. WHOOPS.
This is especially useful if you are rooting the factory ROM. You lose some apps like flashlight, sound hound etc. when you flash recovery since they are stored in data partition (other peeps unlocking their bootloaders experience that too) and data will get wiped. Just restore your data partition back and you are ready to run again.
What's the radio version? Is it the same as the wwe radio? I can't remember lol

Do you just flash it in cwm?
Yes, just use restore in CWM.
Can this be used on a 32gb unlocked version?
Can't tell for sure but I think it should work. If not, just flash back the old ROM in CWM. However I don't think this ROM gives you any advantage.
Can this be flashed on the AT&T 64 GB retail version? Same radios and everything... Right?

You CAN flash it, but the question is, will it run on your phone? You tell me.
Both phones have the same hardware but a different CID, I think this should work just fine like any other ROM.

Didn't work, install aborted.

Can you please elaborate? What did you do, error messages etc?
Tried to flash in cwm, and chose the zip, and it said install aborted. Not much else to recall. Something didn't match it so it kicked it back.

Did you read the instructions above?
Unpack the archive, copy the folder to /sdcard/clockworkmod/backups/ and use RESTORE not install zip.
Ah. That would explain it.
Edit- did it correctly, worked like a charm!!

So can you confirm if the DeV edition ROM worked perfectly with the At&t HTC One?

Works 100% on the AT&T version.
Any difference in terms of bloatware?
Any Pros Cons?

I had a Samsung Vibrant before selling it and getting the MT4G. On the Vibrant, when you flashed recovery from Rom Manager, it put an update.zip file on the root of the internal zip. That is not the case when flashing recovery from MT4G.
Where is the image file for CW recovery located? I'm not talking about nandroid backup but the actual recovery flash image

Recovery doesn't work that way on phones other than the vibrant. The recovery is written to the phone and doesn't need to be applied at every reboot.
That being said,
The recovery.img is located in /sdcard/clockworkmod/download/koush.tandtgaming.com/recoveries/
Ok thanks for clarifying that.
One more question, if I wanted to go back to complete stock rom, kernel, radio, I downloaded a *.img file from xda forum, not a clockwork flashable zip. Do you know of a clockwork flashable zip that has stock rom 2.1.1, radio, and modem? I tried finding one but all I could find was an image to be put on root of sd, renamed, and then flashed with hboot.
Thanks again for your response

TheUnlockr did have a barebones stock Nandroid back up on their site. that is flash-able via the Clockwork Restore protocol... Yea yea yea i know posting nandroids are dangerous. What they did was pull out a new MyTouchHD not install the SIM card and start the phone up. Flashed a recovery image via ADB then pulled the nanadroid back up off the SD card.
With that being said there are few of them floating around here. I know i have one in my Google Docs. If someone needs it please PM me.
Granted this doesn't put everything back to a stock format, like the OP requested, but it does give you a HTC MySense ROM. If one should lose their Nandroid back up.

Does this flashable restore point include the original radio and kernel as well. I know that a typical nandroid backup does not include the radio or kernel. Thanks for helping

I've got Medroid ICS running on my Nexus One, of course this meant I used blackrose.
I want to rollback to stock or at least CM7 stable so I can sell it, how do I 'un'blackrose? As I understand blackrose repartitions things so I would need to somehow repartition it back to stock yes?
It's not necessary to uninstall Blackrose. You can install stock Hboot. If you want to uninstall Blackrose you can do it same way you install it, just press uninstall.
Obsy is correct just select stock hboot to go back to stock partition no need to uninstall blackrose.
Ya change the partition to stock.then flash cm7...no need to uninstall blackrose:sly:

Are you referring to a fresh install of CM7 or a nandroid restore? ..Asking because I attempted a nandroid restore of my old CM7 setup (with stock partitions) onto my internal memory (with ICS 220/10/206 partitions) and it didn't work. Ended up in a boot loop with all sorts of 'out of space' errors.
I was pretty sure that wouldn't work but tried it anyway just to check. No problem since I simply restored my ICS install and everything was OK.
i was curious about this to. Do I have to reflash my original recovery? Because I flashed a different one that was supposedly compatible with blackrose
Which Custom Recovery are you using? and why?

I just realized that CWM has a problem on Nexus 7. Can't delete old backups!! You can't delete files in the CWM backup folder thru file explorer, terminal with SU or ADB. For that, and so many other performance reasons, I dropped CWM faster than drunk girl in stilettos. TWRP is what I use on my Galaxy S2 and I just love it. You can queue up several zips for install in order, like: 1) TDJ cache wipe, 2) install ROM, 3) install Gapps, 4) TDJ cache wipe again. then, come back 2 minutes later, and you're ready to reboot. ALso, TWRP has a file manager in recovery, so you can actually delete those annoying backup folders that CWM won't even let you delete. TWRP FTW.
I also notice that TWRP has the nice backup options for "System/Boot/Data" backup only. So I can clean backup my rom without all those apps(which is HUGE)
guess I'll need to put back TWRP in my Nexus 7 again.
TWRP. I tried the latest CWM but even the touch version is not that good for me. Also the De duplication backup of CWM is just not quite right in my opinion. In my experience, leaving thousand files in the sd card is causing performance problems compared to just few large files.

If I flash Clockworkmod Recovery in Rom Manager and then Reboot into Recovery from Rom Manager, I go right to cwm recovery. I have tested making and deleting nandroid backups there and it works just fine. My backups consist of a folder containing 5 files including an md5 checksum so I don't know what people are talking about with 'thousands of files'. I think the people criticizing CWM don't know how to use it. I just make sure I flash Clockworkmod Recovery in Rom Manager before I Reboot into Recovery. Works every time. I don't use the Touch version, just plain old Rom Manager v5.0.2.1 and CWM 6.0.1.0.
I had installed CWM first, but now I changed to TWRP and I like it much more. With an USB-stick connected you have the possibility to backup / restore ROMs from there directly, which makes much more sense than backing up to internal memory. Also the other options provided for install / backup / restore are well done. Really nice work!

TWRP
Big icon easy to use.
CWM, in all honesty, I unlocked and rooted and have never gone back into recovery. Because this is the first device I've ever owned where I didn't feel the need to flash a ROM yet! ( key word,YET) I use my Galaxy S 2 for my flashing addiction.

Hi all,
So i have rooted/unlocked N10(32GB). I was running a custom compiled rom for a while but decided to switch to CM10.1 as I was getting some weird lag/instability.
I'm running TWRP and so I went to do a wipe and accidentally wipe EVERYTHING, including the zip file with CM10.1 on. After to some fiddling I was able to adb/fastboot push it over to install. However I have a problem. In flashing CM10.1 onto the devices I seem to have screwed up my partition(s). I only have about 500MB of space. Settings>Storage shows 27.26GB as the total, but all the other categories only add up to about 500.
How do I resolve this situation? Can I just adjust partitions sizes or possibly reflash the ROM with a specific command that will fix the space issue?
Thank you in advance!

For some reason it is very easy to corrupt the memory. Happenned to me once.
You will need to restore the factory image, first. (see the stickies in the nexus 10 general forum for instructions, there may be a specific image for the 32gb nexus 10), unlock the bootloader, install the custom recovery, then flash your Rom.

Had to take the ota to 4.4.2. and Just recently saw the method of breaking the bootloader open again.
So I went through all the steps, and made a backup of what I thought was going to be my failsafe old system. I formatted everything, excluding internal media and external sd at first. went to flash CM11 and failed.
Now going back into TWRP, I set my mind on fixing this. I go and wipe again, and flash my backup only it failed too!
Now I got to the point of another rom: pac rom, followed in TWRP with the gapps.
Everything installs(so it would seem), however I'm now in WARNING BOOTLOADER UNLOCKED bootloop.
I wasn't expecting this much of a hassle and may have rushed, I can get into TWRP and still have access to Fastboot if needed. but a working system is a must, your help is appreciated.

You can only use dhacker's test build of CM11 with the new kernel. It is in the Droid RAZR m Android development section. And Pac Rom is not compatible with the new kernel yet. I downgraded and I'm running it now.

And... I shouldn't have been so damn fast to get this thing done . Booting into CM11 as we speak, so aside from this version of CM11 I would need to downgrade to the old kernel system to use the other roms I was trying? And when doing that I would have to use RSD right?
Thanks for the reply!

Yes and there is two options when downgrading. There's house of moto(soon to be rsd flasher), or rsd.
