Yes they are nice but really cant blow them up and they come out blurry if you zoom in

By "dots" do you mean individual pixels, or screen burn in?

Protip: don't bump your own thread literally hours after you post...
Not sure what you mean by "tweaks" but your screen is your screen, can't really improve that via software

I think u are having issue with focusing. Try to do a macro shot in broad day light. If it does its good and if not try to reset camera amd try.

Check in settings for macro shot and if you say that night auto detect is on then turn it off and try it..
