hi! yes, you can do it! download the ROM from here http://get.cm/?device=e610 and, once executed all reset and flashed it, download and flash Baseband v10 from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=41344276#post41344276

Just for clarity, do you realize that jelly bean is 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3 and that 4.4.4 is the latest, right?
Assuming this is your intention, I believe you must first do a factory restore with full wipe to the desired version first and then go on to install your desired custom rom.
Hi guys I have an LG D802, so I was wondering if I flashed a kernel that previously worked on jellybean onto kitkat will it work without any issues? From what i hear a kernel is phone/hardware specific and not android version specific. I would like your opinions on this before I do anything. Thanks

Hello . I wanna install cyanogenmod 11 but i have problem . Wanna I install this rom http://download.androidarmv6.org/_builds/totoro/stable/ ? Is stable? Or i must install latest nightly version ? What is better ? And i need custom kernel or no?
You need to download the common shared kernel for totoro. Those are beta builds, don't flash coz they are having some bugs.If you want to flash it anyways, please take a look at the flashing instructions on psyke83's CyanogenMod 11 thread.
Cyanoenmod 11 stock kernel or no ?

You need to be on stock ROM and stock kernel in order to flash kernel and the ROM.
I am on stock lollipop now. I downloaded MIUI 7 rom which is a kitkat rom. I flashed it with TWRP but didn't bootup. what should I do to use this rom ?
Thank You .
No, you'd better not.

Yes you can but only with the correct custom recovery. Keep trying with older version twrp v2.8.6_no_image or cwm recovery, if you are somehow not able to do it
I think first you should install lollipop and then kk
