galaxy y stuck in boot loop

ok guys i used odin and this phone is still stuck what can i do to fix it

First of all wrong section..
Don't pull of the connect until it boots try it again
Say via Flying Chitoosss

Only Wipe data and Cache

I tried replacing "framework-res.apk" of the other rom like: Hyperion, Jelly Bean, Cod Rom, Afla ...all have the same situation

[Q] help please guys

i have a problem in my S3
always give no service and i must restart the mobile
doing that everyday 5 - 6 times
and i don't know how to solve that
i try before patch to fix no serves and i lose my serial number and give me null & i fix it again with original rom but the mobile give emergency call
so i take it for a friend have box for Samsung and he make it and now all my problem is ( no service )
