Hey guys I ordered my tablet a week ago now and not a single update has come on my order status... I'm your experiences does it help to actually call Google?

I emailed them yesterday got ups tracking # that evening. Ordered 16 GB on 24th.
Update ups says it will be here 12/3. We shall see.

Nope. Called them last night, got an American (at least) who had no idea about anything. Couldn't say when it would ship when it would be here. She said it "could" ship tomorrow (today).... the best part of the conversation was where she told me that people had to wait weeks for their tablets....
Just an update tablet still hasn't shipped but I only ordered it on Tuesday morning. Amazon has spoiled us all.
So its getting close to the UK release date, I put this thread together for those of us who pre ordered the device from clove.co.uk (clove technologies) so we can share news on anything from arrivals to delays

I did and there shipping it to western Canada too. Surprisingly cheap for the price of the phone I'm almost wanting to resell it locally for the extra money.

I have order from clove too, i'm from brazil, today i sent a email asking a date of launch.

launch date seems to be the 15th I dunno if it is 3 business days or 3 days til it comes to chicago by dhl

So Amazon, expansys, 3 and various other retailers have officially delayed stock.

The international htc one is not compatible with usa 4g networks afaik and any sim free phone is unlocked from the uk.
You have placed an order with us for the HTC ONE, we appreciate the order.

You wont I did the same and they told me by the 2nd of April so I cancel straight away.

I'd cut them a bit of slack TBH. Samsung did the same last year with the SGS3. Anyone remember the "hyperglaze" thing didn't go to plan. I think the white was delayed? Speaking of white... iPhone 4 in white... how delayed was that?!
So HTC have caught something in their QC. Cool.. just means we're going to have less chance to come on here complaining about poor hardware as they are working on it. I'd rather have a working device than something buggy that needs to be replaced.
Its a bummer but its only 2 weeks... don't wish your life away though!
I don't get this whole because the one is delayed I am going to get the S4, is the S4 likely to come out before the HTC One if so then I can understand but if it isn't then I don't get it! Also tbh I think those that are easily ready to jump ship because of a launch date rather than the phone being poor, were not really that interested in the phone in the first place imo.
Just thought I'd pre-empt an Australian entry for this awesome phone.
Just pre ordered my HTC One with Optus. Hopefully get it next week.

I had mine pre-ordered from Vodafone.
They said I'd receive it 5-7 days after the 23rd.
I received it this morning instead, along with the free beats headphones which I'll sell off somewhere.

Yep, remember unlocking it is as simple as 'fastboot oem unlock' - none of this HTC Dev crap! Then rip everything you can from the phone (boot.img, system, recovery, radio, etc.)
I'll see what I can do. Earliest UPS guy comes is around 12:30 and I'm usually home for lunch, however won't be back from work till around 5.
I'm sure someone will have a dump by then, haha, but if not I should be able to pull the files.

Most likely you are receiving it tomorrow because of your proximity to a shipping location. I doubt that they are doing overnight shipping for free.

The idea here is not for us to be able to run the rom but to fully do a conversion. As of now we have the 4.2.2 rom and boot image. I have two ones and I want to fully convert one to a GE. I know others are interested in performing a full conversion as well. And if we do the full conversion when the 4.3 OTA drops we would get it as an OTA and not have to wait for other devs to package it all up for everyone

Hi Guys,
I am a big HTC fan, and have had the HD2, Sensation XE, One X, One M7 (current phone), and I recently upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy Edge with the sole purpose of selling on, as there was not much HTC choice with my phone carrier.
Anyway I have now sold the Samsung and I am thinking of getting the M9+, so can any of the UK owners advise me where they got theres from - I have seen the M9+ on eBay and simply electronics, but didn't know which way to go, as although they seem cheap - I had a feeling I may get caught with customs charges.

How long did it take for you to receive the device after ordering? Got two M9's so thinking about sacking one off when the + gets here.

Just took a look - they don't seem to be able to put the correct image for the item. Leaves me a little think I will use the first option.
Yes they had just the Normal m9 picture for me aswell, but the description clearly says it's a m9+ and with the correct specifications of the phone aswell. It will take a week and half to arrive .

How does the phone work on the EU LTE bands?. In the Netherlands the official sale of the M9+ has been revoked by HTC since their were problems with the LTE bands (most likely band 20, 800MHz)
