i bought an s3 last year which had the sudden death syndrome. It was replaced by the company I bought it from but now suspect I don't have a UK model (even though it was advertised as a UK model).
I've just installed some updates to it, and there are a few applications on there which a) I didn't install and b) Look european.
These myTaxi, kaufDA, HRS Hotels, Bild and Lieferheld
I've done the *#12345# and got the following:
ap: i9300xxemc2
cp: i9300xxemc2
csc: i9300dbtemc1

That's a German sales code "DBT".
Plus kauf means head (kauff I think).
I'd call them back up and make a complaint as they have used a phone from an entirely different country, it's a refurbishment and they didn't refurb it properly.
Or... Just root it and install a custom ROM that's XXELL5 or better.

You could also run an adb command to change CSC which will factory reset it and give you UK based stuff.... But I'd just install a custom ROM. Make a fuss at the company, though. They might try to make amends in a way that favours you.

Check out the Leo ROM development section, do some reading and you'll see that all the answers to your questions have been answered a couple of hundreds of times.
To flash a different language (WWE instead of NLD in your case) you can use the Goldcard method or SSPL. Read the respective threads in the Rom development section and if you have any questions, you can post 'em there.

2. How to change the dockbar icons or replace them?

4. Is there any 1 click root method available for rooting SG?
5. Bluetooth is not working, not able to transfer files to/from phone/laptop, is there any settings which I missed??

You just need to know that it's not a 9000 and it's a 9003. The rest is always written on the thread
First thing take a deep breath. Just read through the forum and you will learn how to do it. It took me some time before i figured out how to flash roms.
About your bluetooth, go to bluetooth settings and check "Discoverable"
There's not much for flashing stuff for the I9003. There are millions of things to flash for the I9000 lol

This is a beautiful but seriously loaded phone.Do not be in a tearing hurry to root,flash all sorts of ROMs etc.Use it for a few days in its virgin state,let it stabilise but do read through all these forums taking care you are reading about 9003,make notes and then go for practicals.Otherwise,you might just end up posting SOS messages on trouble-shooting which is really not necessary since the list of things you have set out to do is not some rocket science but common sense+knowledge that can first come only through reading.
Moreover,there is pleasure in figuring things out yourself.

1. yes, gingerbread is out but not yet for asia. you can either get other regions's gingerbread and flash it to you phone. take note, warranty's void after flashing.
2. dockbar icon depends on ur launcher. if you are on touchwiz, you have to either apply a theme (i guess, coz i havent used touchwiz).
3. if you wan sg2 apks, search forums for which apps you wan. if you really wan sgs2 so much, then you can either get apply a custom rom which is using sgs2 apps.
4. if u are on froyo, get speedmod kernel, voodoo or etc's kernel which has built in root functions.
5. discoverable must be ticked in settings or ur pc wont be able to see you for the 1st time.

There's no limit that I am aware of, but if your phone shows a non-Samsung firmware has been flashed (or even a non-original kernel), then Samsung can refuse to honor the warranty on the phone - that's why its good to reset the counter

yeah. maybe the n7105 LTE works on n7100 and turn it to n7100 LTE.

1. root your mobile (you cannot read the partition without root)
2. install "android terminal emulator", if you do not know adb or how to get it running.
3. open the terminal emulator and you see a prompt you can type text in.
type su and press enter
4. type the line below here and press enter
cat /dev/block/platform/dw_mmc/by-name/RADIO >/sdcard/RADIO.img
4a. above line will copy the contents of the radio partition(just about 92MB) to your sdcard and that is it
5. when you got the file on your sdcard, copy it to pc and compress with zip or so.
6. upload to a public fileshare (without account requirements)
7. post the link to the modem here.

Just ordered the N7105 16GB with 64GB MicroSD card from Mobicity Australia, they won't be shipping though for another 5-7 business days so still have a bit to wait. Really hope support picks up for this model as well
Was going to get the N7100 but at the death knell decided on N7105 just to 'future-proof' it a bit I guess?
Is it true there is no FM radio on the N7105?
I am a bit worried about battery life and/or performance differences between the N7100 now but hopefully will be all good.....

i there, is hard make this decision (or only give some advice) for you. Quality/performance is really subjective and the rom good for me can be a nightmare for u.
I have only one great suggestion, take your time to install the last rom, test it, make a nandroid backup then revert to the what did you like most.

yeah, region change are just to have some specific app (mobile operator related). u can change region with CSC samsung changer on google play store (its a wipe data so make a nandroid backup). but i suggest to find the good Rom first, then just enjoy your mobile

The reason why you got only one answer is because this question is impossible to answer and therefore not allowed on XDA.
There is no such thing as a best rom. Most roms are good and the one that is better depends on your own personal opinion. If you understand the basics of flashing and the risks involved, then just try some roms and decide for yourself what you think is the best rom.
No one can answer that question for you.
