That's almost exactly what I get with my sprint One on stock with custom kernel oc 1890/450 as well.

My ice storm score: 12244, and ice storm extreme score: 7370 with Trickdroid 5.3 and ElementalX 0.8... cpu OC to 2052Mhz

Everything stock, not rooted:
Normal: 11518
Extreme: 6747

cannot provide you with a normal score (3dmark says "maxed out - run extreme test") but i can say that teamseven has done a very good job with his kernel.
Score Extreme - 7648 - no OC, no other Tweaks

MaximusHD 13 / ElementalX 5.4 / CPU 2214MHz / GPU 585MHz

CyanogenMod-ROM ist definetly faster because of Overclocked kernel and
Undervolted kernel.
[ROM] CyanogenMod 7.0.0-RC4 (7009) 2.3.3 Gingerbread + NIGHTBUILS (FULLY WORKING)
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=939122
what is faster? TolgaMOD v1.1 - Froyo 2.2.1 or CyanogenMod 7.0.0-RC4 (7009) 2.3.3 Gingerbread?
i think CyanogenMod 7.0.0-RC4 (7009) 2.3.3 Gingerbread
i'm using the rc 4.1 cyanogen and is pretty fast!
Facts :
Cyanogen Mod 7 RC4.1
4.468 MFLOPS
So it is nearly 2 times faster...

ROM: nFinityGB v0.93 - Gingerbread 2.3.3 (CM7 based)
MFLOPS: 4.398
If you're going to compare MFLOPS, you're also going to state what MHz it's obtained on.
My vote goes for CyanogenMod 7.0.0-RC4.1
Yep thats right, Almost 5 MFLOPs!

[Q] Quadrant Score

I want to know your quadrant score and ROM that you use because i will change a new rom
Quadrant score is just an e-peen. It's not a real performance indicator, and you shouldn't choose a ROM based on which has higher quadrant score. That's just dumb.
i once got 642 as my quadrant score on Kyrillos 5.0 using 2.4 marcellusbe Alfa 5 at 1000ghz.... nd my phone was unbelievably fast (because of ext2 partitions) !!!
after that every update seemed to slow down the phone ....though i admire Kyrillos's efforts but i was way too happy with 5.0 !!!
currently m on Lestatious 1.9 and quad score is 387
I'm with Indroid 4.2 with fugumod 2.4 alpha 14 Oc 1300 Mhz and 1 mod battery
and my quadrant score is 564
My score is 593. I use XWJPF with Fugumod 2.4 beta 3 800.

Quadrant Results

READ RULES BEFORE POSTING.....
Ok so i noticed there is no official tread in the Gt540 section and im a quadrant addict.
I will update the post with the higest scores so we can see what mods, themes etc can be used to speed up our phone.
So here are the Rules...
1...State What Rom. (Swiftdroid,etc)
2...State What Mods and if its overclocked. (V6 supercharger,etc) ( 825mhz etc)
3...State What Quadrant App. (Advanced,standard,etc)
4...All Scores mentioned MUST have a Screenshot.
5...Keep it clean and classy.
6...Try keep it English, use Google translator and we will figure out your post.
Copy and paste this for easy use

Good idea, yeah 825mhz
Here are mine :
Clk: 825MHz
Rom: Swiftdroid RC3
Mod: Swap On
App: Quadrant Standard, Neocore, Linpack, AnTuTu
Pic(s):
Here's mine. I know it's kinda poor, but nibras mentioned that odex'ing might lower Quadrant scores slightly.
Rom: CyanogenMod-6.1.1/Utopia RC0
Mod: ODEXed, V6 Supercharged(Balanced 3), Loopy Smoothness Tweak
App: Quadrant Standard.
Pic(s):
806Mhz:
825Mhz:
Swiftdroid PreRC4 @787 with 256mb swap
rom: swiftdroid rc4
mods: swap and this is a new rom just installed and running this test
cpu: OC 864 MHz
apps:quadrant
and the one in my sig, i lost the pic but its for you to believe me or not it was on rc3 T_T
ROM: Swiftdroid v2.0 preRC4
Mod: OC 844 MHz; 256 MB swap partition, 512 MB ext4 partition; V6 Supercharger (Balanced 3 + Bulletproof launcher)
App: Quadrant Advanced (1384), Quadrant Standard (1109), Linpack
I find that rc3 gets better quardrants than rc4
ROM: 2.1 EleganceSwift 5.0
Mods: Swap and Ext2 partition
CPU: OC 340-844 MHz
Apps: Quadrant (only 542)

[I9300] Post your benchmark scores

The name tells everything. This thread will help you to find the best ROM and Kernel if you're looking for pure performance. The best scores will be listed in the second post.
Post your whole setup you're running and screenshots of the scores.
Antutu and Quadrant scores would be great.
Please list the:
-ROM you're running
-Kernel
-CPU frequency
-I/O scheduler
-
So it's time for me to post my own scores:
Setup:
-Omega 6.0
-Siyah 1.2.6
-1700mHz
-VR
Current top scores from Sak500
Setup: Blackstar V2 ROM with Perseus kernel
-Omega 6.0
-Siyah 1.2.6
-1704mHz
-noop
Currently on perseus kernel @ 1800mhz
Blackstar v2 ROM
Please can anybody post their stock firmware benchmark results. I am getting very low results in the ranges between 8000 to 9000.

Friend I have checked that my power saving mode is disabled and still i am getting the same results. And also my Antutu tells that my S3 runs on ArmV7 with triple core. Is this a bug or really my phone has triple core not a quadcore? Can anybody confirm it? Thanks for your help friends.
Can you add what the highest score holder is running to the second post. This way we dont have to search through the pages to find out.
In this case its easy while the number of pages is low but to help going forward.
Edit: Also does it make sense to have a quad core high bench as well as a dual core??
Love the post, thanks.

OPX stock result is low, but all is good for a normal use. With blu_active governor is another story.
