XDA HD doesn't seem to work on s3

Just spotted xda new HD app it doesn't show incompatable so I purchased which went through but it then shows an error when downloading. Had anyone managed to get it to work ?

Blazer is for sprint and I believe is ics domination theme, watch out for the theme cause is made for sprint it works for tmobile but it moves out wifi calling menu from settings really nice tho

I was looking to find a app like Samsung Galaxy SIII has to be able to have a webpage float in the background and to dock to pages side by side using a webpage.
